Neko Kafweenu Moira is being especially generous. heart Giving presents is her way of thanking us for buying stuff from her store. Same thing with all the other NPCs. Except with Leon he's thanking us for joining guilds and Meredith is thanking us for using her bank.

Do you have to wait a certain time before you can sing to another NPC...? Or is it a certain amout of posts that you need to post...? sweatdrop
