Good Morning
Stillness creeps slowly-
over the hundreds of thousands
of little green stalks-
speckled with crystalline jewels,
reflecting the drowsy rays
which illuminate their centers.
The Sun lures the desolate
Earth-once more-
to life.
Nuzzling tenderly,
feeling the cold and damp dirt-
Earth still shivers slightly
from the bitter and chilled night
that swiftly left
its unknown beauty
behind. Yay poem. No touchy. biggrin
