boogiemonster SierraBT EmpressMotoko I cant tell what it is I think by the few features i can make out clearly its a K98? It is a 1916 Oviedo Mauser that was imported from Spain by Century, and it was rechambered in the late 60's in .308. It's the 1893 design, so I'm concerned about shooting it. I never heard anything negative about the '93 design, what's a problem with it?
It apparently isn't designed to handle the higher pressures of modern .308

My personal arsenal is rather small. I don't have any pictures now, but I'll post some up if I get the chance. AR-15, Rock River Arms, full size, outwardly unmodified. 5 magazines, including one disabled. Any changes to the outward appearance (sans decoration) and the class of the rifle goes from service to match. I'd get my a** handed to me in a match rifle competition.
Mossberg .22, stamped 1938. Match sights, and a 7 round magazine. Can either shoot 7+1, or just 8. It's odd like that. I've heard a story that it was a WW2 training rifle. Could be true, given the year, and that it was a CMP rifle, I believe.
Also, a Gamo Shadow 1000 air rifle, but that's not much of a gun. It's for bunny hunting. The sights are so bad I've had to learn to do without.

I guess that's why the '96 is more popular.

uryu ishida Marlin .22, 40+ years old Marlin .30-30, lever action. Also old. Remington .270. Brand freakin new. Remington .30-06. Unknown age, good condition. No EBRs as of yet, due to the fact I;m 15 and can't purchase anything. Nor the fact that I have no money.
You're 15 and already own all those?

SierraBT Kitai Zatoichi The weapons I own. From top to bottom, Cooey .22 Model 38, a Browning 12-gauge, a Mosin Nagant, a Czech AKM. And the pistols, left to right, PPK, Nagant M1895, and TT-33. I think that your AKM is an SKS with an ATI stock dude. Haha, you're correct. I don't know why I refered to it as an AKM, but good on you for noticing that.
