[Azaurmyth]

Thachery smiled, two could play that game. He pulled her down as she was getting up and pulled her into a kiss.

Rosa, surprised, took a bit to react. Her mind was running through what exactly was happening. She liked it, but people were watching and he was a completely selfish jerk. While her mind weighed these, her body decided that it'd be a good idea to kiss back. Once her brain was aware of these unwanted reactions, she forced herself to pull away and glared heatedly at him.

He smiled at her glare. "Some one likes my kissing," he pointed out with a victorious smile. While he had been kissing her, he took her hand cuff off and threw it back down to the cops....without the key. He loved this game.

While she was speachless, she briefly imagined how satisfying it would feel to beat him to a pulp, but somehow during that fantasy he was tossing his usual jibes and other frustrating phrases. It was a rather horrid fantasy because of him.
The cops moved in closer, a bit confused by how casual the thief was.

He laughed once again, and stood up, bringing her with him. He bowed to the lot and ran to the other side of the building roof. He held out his arms and smiled. "Ta," was all he offered for a goodbye. He "fell" over the side, landing painfully to the ground on his feet. He ran off, the dark night hiding his position.

Rosa, grumbling, returned to the cops. She quickly ran over what happened that night, then went home. She realized that she'd dropped her coffee on a sidewalk somewhere, and made a quick detour to pick up another one of her beloved pumpkin spice lattes.

Thachery made it home finally, and the first thing he did was draw a hot bath to soak his abused body. He could hardly believe that he'd nearly been caught. He wondered whether or not he should turn himself in for the challenge of prison. He wondered what they would have to do to keep him in one place for an indefinate period of time.

Rosa sat down, rather satisfied with the night once she thought it over. She did almost catch Aansalath, something never accomplished, and she did get a nice kiss... she dismissed that thought, focusing on a plan of what she was going to do next time she saw him. He seemed to rely heavily on suspending himself from rope...

Thachery spent all day in his home, looking over every piece he could ever want. He sighed, he still wanted those Eggs. He didn't want to risk going back to that particular piece, but he couldn't help that he wanted them so much. As night fell a couple days later, (as he was still hurting the next few nights) he prepared himself for his next excursion.

Rosa relaxed the next couple days, guarding the jade eggs carefully. The third night she patrolled it again, looking for Thachery.

Thachery was on the ceiling that night, pissed off that she had beat him to it. He huffed about it, and decided that he would distract her from those. He opened the window to a different room, and set a recording of his footsteps, his mumbling and his tools to play loudly enough for her to hear. He went back to the sun window of room he wanted, waiting to see what she would do.

She heard the footsteps, but they were coming from the opposite way of the jade egg room. Hopefully that wasn't him, she turned around and ran towards the room.

He smiled, it worked, now, to see if she had turned off the security grid. He lowered himself, on an unkinked rope, and put on his goggles. He didn't know how long he had before she'd come back, so he checked quickly.

She was almost instantly in the doorway as he looked. She pulled out a walkie talkie, "He's here!" she said into it, looking at him.  

[Azaurmyth]

"See, I knew you would do that. I had that feeling, did I listen? No!" He hung in his harness, refusing to come down, and holding the slack in his lap.
