Dahry had most of her attention fixed on Alina. The woman was very well known by Dahry and her presence served to make her very self conscious. She mumbled relpies to her statements but otherwise was silent. She seized the relief sent her by Saerenna, in the form os a new topic to talk about, with eagerness undaunted by the close presence of Alina. The specimen in question, the large wolf she had been inspecting earlier was proving more than welcome now. So it was that she readliy agreed to letting it eat out of its containment cage. She herself was the on eto get the food out of the storing container in which it was held and brong it over to the newly chained creature. She watched in fascination as it rapidly downed the food. She then brought out her own notebook, this would be a perfect excuse to get out of being chastised for not having memorized the tediousformulas form her text book. She couldn't help adding her speculations as to what processes had been used to craft the creature into her notes as well. She momentarily ceased writing to then listen to the creature again converse with Saerenna.

Saerenna nodded as things were taken care of by Dahry. But still, she wanted to be safe. "I'll go into town and see if I can get some SOLDIER or something to come down here. Then maybe we could even let III here have a bit more free space as well. When was the last time she was out of here anyway? Maybe we could teach her new, proper words, and language...!" She said excitedly, and left the room, almost not noticing the fear the crickety stairs gave her.

Saerenna realized as she got outside how bright the light was, and squinted her eyes. She also had no idea where to look, and found herself wandering the town. She probably looked completely out of place as well, with her fair skin that was a result of being in labs and such all the time, and almost never being outside. Not to mention her white lab coat that was probably glaring brightly in the sun. Her confused look probably didn't help either, as she continued to wander, looking in windows sometimes to see where she could find some sort of ShinRa employee.

While meru was waiting for her meal she looked up and glanced at a window where serveena was looking though not knowing she's a shrina empolle she gave her an odd look "that's strange" she thought then shurged looking away

he arrivies outside of the shinra building and two shinra soldiers say two him"hey your not supposed to be here so get lost", dark harli just smilies evily and pulls out his sword and attacks the two shinra soldiers and kills them , he says" well that wasn't much of a challenge".He starts to enter the building

While meru was waiting for her meal she looked up and glanced at a window where serveena was looking though not knowing she's a shrina empolle she gave her an odd look "that's strange" she thought then shurged looking away

" What's strange?" Fenrir asked, catching only Meru's words. He had been glaring at Vaizel a little for spoiling his fun with the waitress and now turned his attention to the young soldier. He followed her gaze to where a young woman peered in at them. " Himm... that is odd." Fenrir commented as he started staring intently at the young woman. " Do you think she's a homeless waif forced to stare in at us wishing to assauge the knawing hunger in her innermost being with the crumbs that fall from our bounty laden table? OH... woe is this corrupted world mad of have's and have-not's. Poor child of the outcast world... forced to warm herself on the dying embers of human charity."

" I'd say she was a ShinRa scientist," Garm said dampeningly. Fenrir sniffed at his brother's candid assessment. Knowing that Garm had quite deliberately cut short his dramatic rant. Why was everyone being a spoil-sport today..... even the rookie was spoiling his fun.

Meru sighed a bit "I sorta agree with garm on this one I heard that some of the shirna scitenst deciced to stay here to do more reaserch on the inncoedent" then walked to the door "be back guys" she said and walked outside to talk to the shrina scitenst

Alina watched the progress between III and Hojo's young assistants, enthusiastically scribbling away in her note pad. As Saerenna left to find a suitible escort Alina turned to Dahry, pushing her glasses up her nose with a gentle smile. "So, how have you been? You never talk to me anymore. Have things been okay between you and your father?"

Saerenna watched as somebody actually came out of a building. And it was just her luck that this person has a SOLDIER uniform. Not used to much of social greetings, she simply walked up to the girl and asked, "You're a SOLDIER, right? Do you think you can help me with something? We've got an experiment in that basement that wants a little roaming time, but we don't want it getting away, so I thought that bringing a SOLDIER down would help keep things under control." she explained, looking over at the ShinRa Mansion with a slight gleam of pride in her eyes.

Meru nodded afther hearing the shrina scitenst talking "Alright just one question if anything does happen like the exipenrt goes outta control or something want me to shoot it before it escapes?" she asked cheacking her straps that held her sniper riffle

Saerenna looked troubled. She didn't want to hurt III, not after it had made such progress, but it would all be pointless and for nothing if it got away. She nodded slowly, and asked, "Is it possible to shoot it without killing it? Or without hurting it permanently? We don't want a maimed experiment, it would interfere with too much data. Then again, it would be interesting to see what kind of recovery or regeneration properties it has gained, or how it would...." she realized that she had started talking to herself aloud and had forgotten that it was the SOLDIER she was talking to. "Oh, sorry. So can you shoot it so it's not fatal?" she apologized to the girl, restating her original question.

Meru nodded "I'am a sniper I just need to shoot a couple of sleep bullets at it in a certion area that's all if it tried to escape so no worries" she said then looked around a bit "Ummmmmm anyway who are you?" she asked cocking her head a bit to make sure who's she talking to

Dawn watched Meru leave, more for lack of anything else. She hated awkward silences and this was certainly one of them. She realized for the first time that she was the only non-ShinRa employee among the group, and as the young SOLDIER left to see to her duties, she felt her own lack of direction. She fidgeted, feeling somewhat uncomfortable, not quite knowing how she could contribute to the conversation.

OOC: I was so tempted to have her ask "So....D'you like pickles?" but it's not really in character rofl

Saerenna gave a relieved sigh and smiled, "Good, that will be perfect. I'm Saerenna, a scientist, Hojo's assistant. He's out at the moment, which is why I'm being so cautious. How awful would it be to have him come back to find that one of his prized experiments was gone or dead!? I'd be in so much trouble, and probably lose my job and...." she realized that once again she was voiceing her thoughts aloud, "Oh dear, sorry for my rambling. Anyways, come on, I'll show you to the lab, um... what was your name?" She asked the SOLDIER over her shoulder as she walked to the mansion, realizing that she didn't know the lady's name.

Saerenna gave a relieved sigh and smiled, "Good, that will be perfect. I'm Saerenna, a scientist, Hojo's assistant. He's out at the moment, which is why I'm being so cautious. How awful would it be to have him come back to find that one of his prized experiments was gone or dead!? I'd be in so much trouble, and probably lose my job and...." she realized that once again she was voiceing her thoughts aloud, "Oh dear, sorry for my rambling. Anyways, come on, I'll show you to the lab, um... what was your name?" She asked the SOLDIER over her shoulder as she walked to the mansion, realizing that she didn't know the lady's name.

Meru just gave her an odd look "hojo's assistent huh?' she said "it's okay I understand servenna" then went to follow serveena "Oh ya I'am meru haikari 2ed class sinper nice to meet ya serveena" she said playfully
(should we have something happen while meru keeps watch with the experment which cause meru to get seriously hurt to get the cat/jenova injection? just being random)
