I'm just now recovering from an extensive database malfunction, several core malfunctions, coding errors, corrupt data, an attack by a giant ethereal cephalopod, and you have the nerve to test my logic one more with questions currently unsolvable by science, perhaps initiating everything once more like a vicious cycle of errors and fire?

I'm just going to say that all of you are crazy until science either proves or disproves me, instead of lingering in this foggy limbo of currently unanswerable questions.

My hypothesis is proven then Dumah. While I too believe science can answer all, we do not have the materials or the external components to answer such questions. Because she is unable to answer it can mean several things.

If we assume GLaDoS is perfect and has all scientific knowledge available then the concept of souls are unanswerable by science. Or we could assume she is in fact now imperfect. Or we could assume that she lacks enough scientific knowledge that she cannot answer everything.

Given that she has been known to not recognize her own morality core or understand it's tertiary properties, I argue that she is an imperfect life form conducting experiments on organic beings in order to somehow achieve artificial perfection.
