When I saw the announcement for the Sweets for a Sweetie contest I couldn't help of thinking of Babette when she's talking about one of her contracts and goes "Would the sweetie like a sweetie?"

Sithis WIP now his hair isnt going to be blue, its black as the void. but just to see my lines. thinking his hair will trail off into a vapor or mist or smoke, to represent that it is shapeless like the void. not sure about accessories, so far those green things sticking out of his hair are finger bones. but im not set on them :/ any ideas?

ooh i just finished reading a bunch of origin stories of sithis (posted it on pg 2 of the sactuary)
Turns out there is a reason his chest cavity is depicted as being ripped open in the statue of Sithis in Oblivion.
According the high elves, Auriel/Akatosh ripped out Sithis'/Lorkhan's heart to destroy him, but could not destroy it because it was the heart of the world. so Auriel tied it to his arrow and shot it into the deep depths of the ocean.
this heart was then found in the Red Mountain by the Dwemer/Dwarves who tried to use its power to create a god, they instead disappeared from the mortal plane by using Lorkhan's heart. (perhaps they are in the void?)
Anyway i think i will have this story depicted some way in him.
Perhaps have the fingers holding open his chest cavity, if thats not possible, have bony fingers grasping at a old wound in his chest.

Have you considered making him a Shadow Ulun'suti?
Then he could have plenty of shadowy features without being mutant.

And is his face going to have wraps like on the statue?
