"You aren't walking home like that." Galen frowned. "Let me call you a cab. Or I'll take you home, even though that sounds really creepy." He had a feeling the woman didn't want to seem weak, but did she really think she could make it all the way back to her house? Although Galen had no idea where she lived - it could be right near bye. For that matter, he realized, I don't even know her name! "I'm Galen Hoann, by the way. If you want, I'll at least walk with you partway home - I know you don't actually know me, but you shouldn't risk your health any more."

Alice tried to shrug him off again, getting angry now. He wasn't going to just let her go. Ugh, why did people have to be so nice? It didn't help that she had a one track mind right now the only thought being home and now she had to bypass a nice stranger just to get there. She took a deep breath, steadying herself before she spoke. "If I get into a cab, I'll probably puke on myself. I don't want to know your name because you don't need to walk me home." The scanner beeped twice and she clumsily pulled out her card and watched it get swiped. Grabbing her bagged items and card she scuffled to the door.

Jun Lee  ====================================================================================================================================================================================================================== After his earlier adventure Jun needed to go grocery shopping, he had was running low on all his cooking necessities, which was not good. Jun didn't live an exciting life but cooking was a simple pleasure for him. So if he couldn't cook, he would find his small home to be quite miserable every now and again. He decided to walk to the store, he'd probably take a cab back considering he would have groceries but as he walked he would notice Alice. He didn't expect to run into her again. Especially this soon. She was dressed in lazy attire and he notice clumsily walking to the door as he was about to enter them. "Alice is that you?" He'd say as he approached her. She wasn't looking to well. Jun would speak once more: "Are you alright?..." he was originally going to tell her she didn't look so well, but knowing her straight-forward attitude he would have gotten some sarcastic remark. Jun was sure that Alice knew she didn't look well. ======================================================================================================================================================================================================================

Alice slowly raised her head to see Jun walking into the store. Oh no. Was he going to be extra nice too? Again? She reached out and caught the door frame, trying to appear casual. "Oh, that's cold." She mumbled in relief, leaning her burning forehead against it. Clearing her throat, trying to catch her breath, she peeked at Jun from beneath her bangs. "Uh, I got a cold, I think, last night. Just...just getting some medicine." Raising the bag to show him, she swayed a little bit, leaning more heavily on the frame. Why did every little movement feel like she weighed a ton? Ugh, her head hurt. Were the fluorescent lights always that bright? "I was...actually just going home." She mumbled, swallowing heavily and trying to push herself away from the frame.

He'd notice as she'd lean up against the door-frame and he could see in her eyes she barely had any energy. He'd move over to her to try and help support her putting both hands on her shoulders. "Yeah...you definitely caught something last night...come on I'm taking you home." He'd say as he moved to Alice's side. Jun would help her off the door as he put on arm around her shoulders to help support her. "No, no, no. No." Alice replied as she tried to jerk out of his grasp. Why was everyone trying to touch her today? "I can...I just..." Her breathing became heavier and her vision was getting blurry again. "Wait stop." She pleaded, trying to sound stronger. Placing her hands on her knees she squeezed her eyes shut, trying not to pass out with sheer will power. Feeling herself sway again, Alice reached out and grasped the hem of Jun's shirt. "I just...My head..." She began mumbling incoherently, unable to complete a single thought with the way she was feeling. She pulled at the collar of her sweaters finding it hard to breathe.

Galen perked up as he saw Jun enter. He seemed to know the girl already - maybe he could help get her home? "Oh, hey Jun! Will you please convince her to take a cab home or something?" Galen gave Jun a smile. "She's really stubborn about this." He had a feeling that Jun would be able to get her home, or at least prevent her from fainting on the street. Galen was getting a sudden itch to leave the store - he had no idea why - and he really didn't want to leave the woman alone.

"Yeah I know...she is very stubborn..." Jun would say to Galen. He would shake his head and sigh heavily as she tried to break free from his help. She was obviously not wanting help, as usual as he heard her mutter. She'd continue to speak in broken phrases before she started slipping and clutching at her sweater and at his shirt. Her breathing was becoming sporadic...this wasn't good. Jun didn't know what she had, but he was trying to diagnose her with what he knew. He'd kneel down and with his hands he'd squeeze a pressure point in her palm, center of her forearm, and right under her bicep. Those were the acupressure points for activating her lungs...which would help only if her body was the reason for her not being able to breath, such as a panic attack or asthma. However if it was an outside source, like her lungs filled with fluid then it would have no effect. ====================================================================================================================================================================================================================== OOC: Oh! I'm sorry btw...I didn't mean to cut-in...I was just talking with Pooping Popcorn to meet up with Alice and just barely realized you were already with her.

Alice made no reaction when the two guys began talking about her. Gerard, or whatever, and Jun apparently knew each other. Figures. When Jun began poking at her she pushed at him, only succeeding in dumping herself on the ground. "Would you...stop?" She tried yelling at him, beginning to cough. She took a moment on the ground to collect herself - something she probably should have done earlier. Wiping the sweat from her brow she began, "I have the flu, maybe." Pausing, since the next part was difficult for her to say, "I don't want...to pass out going home." That was as close as she was going to get to 'help me'. She was really spent if the concrete was beginning to look soft.

Figures. She's too stubborn to ask or even accept help. It was admirable to a point, however still somewhat annoying. He'd look up to Galen "I will let you know. Go ahead, I can take care of this stubborn person. " Jun would laugh lightly. Alice would be on the ground for a moment before expressing what seemed to be like a need for assistance. Jun would roll his eyes, she couldn't directly ask for help could she. He'd look to her with a firm expression, not angry just stern. "Alright...how are we going to get you home? Do we need a cab, are you going to use me as a brace, or do I need to carry you?" He'd say completely serious. She was in no shape to be out and he wasn't in the mood to sound soft-spoken at this moment in time. ======================================================================================================================================================================================================================

Alice wiggled her fingers weakly at Galen as he left. When Jun asked her how they were getting home she thought a bit. "Can I...get on your back?" She asked finally, having her reasons. For one thing, she no longer felt like walking, it just took too much at the moment. She also didn't want to waste money on a cab, his or hers, though it would probably end up being his since he would insist on paying. Last, it was better than being carried. At least on his back she wouldn't feel as helpless and she would be more comfortable. She sighed heavily, hating how weak she felt. If only they just looked the other way and let her deal with it herself. Knowing that they saw her in this condition, blatantly needing assistance, made her feel ten times worse.

"Of course I'll carry you on my back." He'd turn slightly, his back facing her as he would sit with the back of his legs against his calves. "Well hop on...we better get you home soon." He'd say as he waited patiently for her to climb onto his back. She said, bracing herself to get her legs up when he stood. Already, she had her head against the back of his shoulder, not planning on lifting any time soon.

He'd hook his arms under her legs to secure her as he stood up slowly. He didn't want to stand too fast and risk her throwing up. He'd gently adjust her while he was standing as he started walking towards her house. Luckily he was there just last night, he remembered where to go. He would walk swiftly but carefully, trying to make the ride as smooth as possible but get Alice home as fast as he could.
