Losing his father grip of his hands, Alex quickly began yelling 'FATHER!" Tears rushed down Alex's face. Explosions continued to go off around them. From the shipyard, the Taeru's were opening fire on each other. An Orb Soldier quickly analyzed Lord Mochizuki's Body.
The soldier's response was "He's still alive, he needs medical attention imminently!"
Alex reaffirmed himself. 'We need to get him to the Uzumi Nara!" Alex looked at Commander Hazuko. "Sir what do we do?"

Explosions and gunfire continue to rage on. Kira manged to reunit himself with Lacus and her team. There were already so many dead. Already a few ZAFT Officials and PLANT Representatives were already killed from the initial blasts. The surviving had all gathered behind fliped tables or debris. The EA Had already been finished and remaining Orb personal were already making there way to the Uzumi Nara. Kira muttered "It seems like its all for ourselves in these's kinds of situations."
Another team of GoC's agents were all around them. Kira pulled out his pistol and began firing back.

The firefight continued, Kira then noticed a familiar face in the background. He had his sense's. He looked over to see Commander Hazuko ordering people to get to the Uzumi Nara! Kira ordered Lunamaria to get eveyone to Commander Hazuko. He looked at Lacus in a brief moment and commented 'I'll be back Lacus." He then took off running in the direction of Flay.

Lunamaria already trying to protect the surviving members from the PLANTS was confused on why Kira took off like that. Luna shouted "Everyone on me, Get the VIP's to the Commander's spot!"

She later becomes Commander & later attends the Celebration of the New Orb Warship. Personality: As a red ace, Lunamaria is already a strong pilot, with her skills focusing on long ranged combat, but she does have talent in close ranged combat. Strangely, Lunamaria's skill with a gun outside a mobile suit is drastically different, as she is unable to make an accurate shot. This is due to her habit of twitching her wrist while pulling the trigger. However, after learning of this habit, her skills have improved. Amish the on going skirmish, Flay was still trying to locate Lacus Clyne. It wasn't until she got caught up on seeing a familiar face approach her. It was Kira Yamato. She pointed her rifle at him.

Upon seeing his face, Flay was rushed with memories of her old life of Kira. She paused and was confused to understand these's feelings. She knew him but at the same time she couldn't fully understand who he was.

Kira smiled to the joy of Flay being alive, he tried to understand what was going on. "Flay your alive! Its me, Kira. Kira Yamato" Kira began to worry as he studied the face of Flay. Nothing made sense to her, old memories flooded her mind while new ones from the Ghost of Cosmos came in as well. She had a flash back to the time of her being with kira but it flustered into another memory of her being 'reeducated by the GoC Organization. Flay began showing signs of unsustainable moods (Like the ones Stella had) She started to freak out and even shot Kira in the shoulder before running back to the extraction point chanting "I DON'T WANNA DIE"

The confused Kira tried to extent his arm out to Flay, only to be met with a gun shot to the shoulder as Flay ran away. Kira yelled out her name as he fell to the ground. 'FLAY!" He shouted.

JG Yaichiro Kage, Uzumi Nara MS Pilot|| ||Location; Shipyard|| ||With; VIPs|| ||OOC; Helping keep Flay's allies from too easy of a kill while she's dealing with Kira, perhaps setting into motion the recovery of more Taeru or VIP and command staff evacuation. I figure he'd have been at least within view of the VIPs if he was saluting, and that Flay's forces wouldn't retreat from their orders to kill Clyne just because Flay fled.||
Yaichiro moved along behind cover, having lifted a first aid kit off of a wall station and compact submachine gun off of a corpse which had more firepower than his service pistol. It was strained with blood and likely selected by the enemy for covert concealment, but functional even if inferior to an assault rifle. He encountered some VIPs in his trek toward the Taeru with Lacus Clyne among them, and took aim at some the GoC who seemed to be seeking to pin them down. Though he had to get to a Taeru, Orb had an obligation to defend their guests and allies. He also had to cover the Commander's withdrawal to the Uzumi Nara. Shots rang out from around the officer's cover, taking down some of the GoC attempting to position themselves around the area while calling them to ZAFT's attention.
Given how many of the other Taeru pilots that he'd been standing with were likely in that pile of corpses he'd opened his eyes to, Orb might need the help of some of the veteran pilot VIPs to keep what Taeru and parts that remained out of enemy hands. It was against protocol, but protocol wouldn't turn this fight around today and the Taeru design was likely already compromised anyway.
Surviving GoC forces returned fire, Yaichiro retreating to his cover to survive the barrage, but this left the surviving GoC vulnerable to any weaponry that the VIPs had brought along or could loot from nearby corpses.
Name: Yaichiro Kage, 20 Genetic Type: Coordinator Rank: Lieutenant, Junior Grade Position: Uzumi Nara Mobile Suit Pilot Background & Personality: Having lost his family during the First Bloody Valentine War and having no other prospects in spite of his fine academics, Yaichiro signed up for the Orb military to help deter a second invasion of Orb when he finished school. He realized that little had been settled with permanence in the conflict and soon found his fears confirmed. Not long after finishing his training, he found himself participating in the Second Bloody Valentine War as a MVF-M11C Murasame Pilot. He proved to be a good all-purpose pilot, having a predisposition for ranged combat but refusing to let his melee skills suffer as a result. His actions during the war promoted him a grade and would eventually see him assigned to the Uzumi Nara. Appearance:
The Orb guards tried their best to contain the GoC and ZL, but they were in disarray from the explosions. They could stop some, but most were disguised and difficult to identify from the civilians. They were able to secure a path to the Uzumi Nara for the civilians, ensured none of the terrorists got close. More armed Orb personnel arrived from various other corridors, some blocking off the passage to the shuttle bay to prevent people from moving toward the destroyed shuttles. Some tried to push forward and rescue the Earth Alliance president, but she was already being carried away by the Ghost of Cosmos. They helped the Captain and Lord Mochizuki out from the rubble, with Mochizuki in serious condition. The firefight in the presentation room may have ended finally, but the fight outside was still underway. The Taeru pilots who were loyal to Orb had tried their best to eliminate the traitors, but were having to fight the newly arrived CORTZ units and decipher the traitors from the allies. Some had to disengage and 'land' back near the Taeru platform due to damages. Already five of the units were destroyed, leaving 12 total Taerus.

Taiki was able to respond, so fate was on their side. As some of the soldiers pulled the rubble off of his legs. "Are those folders safe?" after the hastened and confusing confirmation, he breathed a sigh of relief as he was hoisted up and supported by a couple soldiers. "Good. Go to area E3 and find a service console. Use the codes in the folders on it, I'll send some of the surviving pilots over to you." he said before ending the line and switching to an announcement channel. "Any surviving M3 pilots, move to area E3 near the staging platform immediately! All civilians and other military personnel are to board the Uzumi Nara!" he closed the channel and handed the radio back to a soldier. "Help get the rubble off of Lord Mochizuki and get him to the Uzumi!" he ordered the soldiers. One of his legs was too bad to walk on so he had to lean on a soldier all the way to the uzumi NaraI hoped it wouldn't come to this... he thought to himself along the way.
Name: Haru Hazuko Genetic Type: Natural Rank: Commander Position: Uzumi Nara Captain Background & Personality: A true commander of Orb, Haru Hazuko has been a loyal Orb soldier since he could sign up. Before the advent of the M1 Astray, he was proud of the Orb's military might and felt it could defend against ZAFT or the Earth Forces without mobile suits. When the invasion of Orb happened, he was proven wrong and focused on generating his own anti-mobile suits tactics. Some of which were successful, and he was promoted to Commander by the end of the second war. He was selected as the Orb military's first choice to captain the Fujin, and he recommended his long-time crewmember Ryuu Taiki to transfer onto the ship as well. With Haru's experience, the recommendation was accepted.
Unlike his subordinate, Haru is a very serious and strict military commander. While he knows about the cost of war, he also believes war is sometimes a necessary evil. He holds a dislike for the Earth Alliance and ZAFT after each invasion on the Orb homeland. He also smokes often and has an occasional drink for celebrations. With his knowledge of the previous major gundam projects, he was the biggest supporter and influence on Project H(inode), and remained paranoid all the way to the launch ceremony. Appearance:
