lol I’m an ASE auto technician and I do have long hair, my room mate’s always complaining about me shedding all over the place.

I have two; one is a 1974 K-5 Blazer, last of the removable full tops. I’ve put on a procomp 6” full lift-kit, 1-ton drive shafts, Warn locking hubs, Detroit lockers, rolling on 35” BFGs. 350 cid, MSD ignition, Edelbrock 600 carburetor, Edelbrock in-take manifold, Thorley headers, duel Flowmasters out the back, 8-point roll-cage ACI seats with 5-point harness. My fun buggy, still street legal here in California.

The second one is the one I’m agro about, probably ‘cause I didn’t build it like I did with the K-5. It’s a 2001 Dodge 2500 diesel 4x4. When I got it already had a Magnaflow 5” exhaust, Skyjacker 5” partial lift, and a K&N air filter stuck on the intake. I have replaced the K&N with an AFE cold air system, ATS air in-take, BD Intercooler and added a pyrometer, and boost gauge. My recovery vehicle.

Ha ha, you’re right, but… she may not look like much but she’s got it where it counts, I’ve done a lot of special mods to her myself. I can’t say she’ll make .5 past light speed ‘cuse the needle on the speedometer stops a 100 mph, but she’s one of the fastest trucks uh transports in our little fleet.
And yes there is a bumper sticker on the back that says; My other transport is the Millennium Falcon.

I love horses. Typical girl response, but no really I used to have two Appaloosas and Buckskin, still got my saddle too. So sad when they die of old age it makes me cry to remember them

It might be a little lame to rant about Star Wars but this was really frustrating for me

Last year I was up in Canada, the trip was alright but boring most of the time. one morning we all got up early to go to one of the biggest flee markets around. the place was massive the building alone was the side of a Cosco supermart and there were thousands of people in here. Anyways, I was going along and in one persons little booth they had an original box set from like 1980 of the Star Wars saga in VHS my jaw about dropped it looks like it was just taken from the shrink wrap, smelled like it too... yes I did sniff it. This guy wanted 38 bucks for it, he had no idea what he was sitting on, unfortunately I only had an American 20 and about 8 other dollars. I begged this guy to let me have it for 28 but he said he wouldn't only because it would be hard to exchange it to Canadian dollars. Didn't buy so I took off to go get it exchanged and by the time I got back it was gone.

1 of Jessica Simpon's songs uses the music from the 80s song " Jack and Diane. " It wasn't too bad, I don't think. I only heard it maybe once.

But yeah, I know what you mean. What I find bizzare is Marylin Manson has redone a few himself, and I hate that guy. From what I know about him and heard from other people, he's probably butchered them so bad you could barely recognize them.

Anywho, it seems the unfortunate fate of elvis is the topic of the day. Rightly, it is indeed a serious matter for discussion, as anyone, sadly, is subject to such.

Scams and hackings are an unfortunate part of gaming and virtual life, here on Gaia, as well as other games. Of course, it is not right. We all have worked hard for our respective virtual wealth, and to lose it is not a pleasant thing.

However, there are less than reputable persons whom have no regard for the concept of honest work, and would take your valuables by ill means.

And, so, we must excersize vigilance in protecting what is ours. Let us know the common scams, as well as hacks. You have to be smarter than the scammer. Hackers are a bit more troublesome. The trick is to make it not worth the effort, by utilizing passwords that would take a prohibitive amount of time to crack.

Also, remember that true, official Gaia moderators and staff will never ask for your password. Of course, I should hope we all know this! And, if not, I hope you do now, and keep this in mind.

I'm serious here, folks. Nothing really makes me wish to impale my eyes with an oxidized feeding implement faster than the infamous "txt-tlk". I pride myself on having at least an average, if not above average, command of the english language.

Kids today are abyssmally lazy, in respect to how the tongue is horribly mangled. And worse, upon forums and the like, where, frankly, there is no excuse for it. Even moderators on the Dofus forums will reprimand you for using text-talk, or, as I tend to regard it, "noob-speak". I honestly wish the mods around here would do the same.

Of course, I'm not suggesting that it be a ban-worthy offense. Though I certainly wouldn't complain either, were such implemented. At the very least, I'd like to see this abominable practice discouraged.

Do these kids honestly turn in papers for school in such a disgraceful manner? I should hope not. Alas, I have heard a horror story of such, in which a school paper was presented in such a way. With any luck, the urchin earned an F, and was shamed in front of their peers enough to put some effort into things.

I also find this sort of thing to be a severe turn-off, in respect to a prospective romantic partner. The occasional misspelled word is fine, as I do not judge that harshly. However, if such looks and feels as though a 12-year-old authored such, with an abyssmally low IQ to match, then, I cannot be with such a person.

I don't celebrate christmas. I don't put up trees, or decorate with lights, or even take out a bazooka and wait for santa ever since Norad was shut down and I could no longer use the military's radar to track 'im.

So why does everyone think I'm evil? Because its a rather painful time of year for our family? Two murders and four deaths all happening on this most auspicious day (and all in seperate years too) don't exactly bode well for our kind family.

And yet, some a*****e, has to come along and chew my a** out for being so somber this day. I'm practically a taoist, who enjoys a bit of buddhism. ******** those of you who think I'm some atheist who doesn't believe in god. I'm agnostic when it comes to theologican ideals, who has the philosophy of oriental religeons.

Know what I say? BITE ME. And for those of you who think I'm an a*****e? Why don't you simply take that inflatable santa, swallow it, and turn on the blower.

I've been kind the last seven years. Next time your kids egg my house, and break our back door down, I'm not calling the cops.

Geniuses come and go, but stupidity is forever.

I swear, everytime I turn around, I hear about the most idiotic crap someone does and for an equally stupid reason, it's allowed/supported by, surprise, other idiots.

For example: My partner in SL told me about California's beautification bill/law/ordinance that required places to look neat, and most places no longer support it. Well, he lives in an area that does, and they have a leaky roof. So, every time they try to fix the roof, some a*****e calls the authorities ( for what exactly, I dunno ) and suddenly they're forced to repaint the house. The best part is, the big businesses that bring in the money were always exempt from this, you can guess why.

Another example: I've looked at a few Q&A forum threads where people claimed to be scammed or something similar. They were " cleaned out " and not 2 minutes after the thread was made, they're wearing at least 20k in items, and people are still being so blindly sympathetic that they can't tell that something's gotta be up with that.

Yet another: Someone buys something in the MP. It glitches. They lose the gold, but get no item. Someone's reply to it was to sue ( yes, sue ) the person who was selling it, saying it's a scammer.

I also saw a thread during the Halloween event where the guy was a vampire, could bite people, but looked human. He even explained to not say it's because he was turned because he double cheacked and in the event he's still seen as a vampire. The 1st reply he gets is " Well obviously someone turned you back. "

And don't get me started on a thread I made about username/login names being different. Apparently 3 disclaimers on explaining the difference between a hacking and a scamming isn't enough to get people to READ the damn thing before they respond to it.

I really don't get the anti-fur crap either. I'm a furry technically, since I'm sporting a tail and stuff. Obviously, I'm automatically a perverted lover of beastiality because we ALL KNOW that ALL furries are into animal porn... Whoever came up with that one probably gets off on trolling.

The rest is minor compared to all that and not really worth mentioning, so I'll leave it at that.
