resurrect (wow, I couldnt spell it at first! O_O) (I used variations on the word)

1 ) After the being was resurrected, I laughed menaically.
2 ) Resurrection is a total myth.
3 ) If Walt Disney were resurrected, the world would be balanced.
4 ) Resurrection is a word.
5 ) To resurrect is to bring back to life.
6 ) I'm pretty sure there's a game called Resurrection.
7 ) Resurrection rhymes with selection.
8 ) I never thought I would write 10 sentences on resurrection.
9 ) I am resurrecting my work in this guild.
10 ) I hopefully will never resurrect thoughts about this.

1. I stared in amazement when I saw someone else's name as the last person who posted in this thread.
2. In my amazement, I even thought that flame pants were heavenly because this person resurrected the thread.
3. After I got over my initial amazement, a thought entered my mind.
4. I cannot think of ten sentences that include the word 'amazement.'
5. The other part of me said, 'Amazement is no big deal.'
6. 'There are lots of ways to use the word amazement.'
7. 'Give me an example of how to use amazement then,' I told myself.
8. 'Easy,' it replied, and so I waited for the first sentence with amazement to be uttered by this confident side.
9. 'Hmm..... amazement,' it drummed its imaginary chin while it thought.
10. 'Aha! This is the last number so there's no more need to think of a sentence with amazement!' it triumphantly declared.

Hello! I'm new but let me give it a try...

1. EASTER is a religious holiday.
2. I'm not religious so I don't celebrate EASTER.
3. However, I do like coloring EASTER eggs.
4. "He had a daughter, he said her name was EASTER." <-- song lyric
5. EASTER is not a commonly used word.
6. 'Tis the EASTER season.
7. Once when I was young my Grandma gave me a bunny for EASTER. (I have no idea what happened to it.)
8. More bunnies are adopted for EASTER gifts than any other time of the year.
9. EASTER is another holiday that involves a lot of candy.
10. Phew, EASTER is a tough word to use a lot.
after a while the word Easter starts looking really weird.
new word: Celebration

1. Once I become all-powerful, my birthday shall be a national celebration.
2. My favorite celebration is Christmas.
3. I don't really have birthday celebrations.
4. When I get married I shall have fireworks complete the celebrations blaugh
5. Chinese New Year celebrations are extravagant in Hong Kong.
6. Pessimists hate Valentine's Day celebrations.
7. Halloween celebrations involve lots of tricks and candy.
8. Easter celebrations involve even more candy.
9. Thanksgiving celebrations must be fun, except for the turkey.
10. New Year's celebrations are full of alcohol. cheese_whine

1. She was in deep gratitude after the man saved her son's life.
2. You should have nothing but gratitude for her!
3. Gratitude is a beautiful thing, when you act on it.
4. What a beautiful act of gratitude, she brought me a fresh baked pie.
5. Gratitude was not exactly what he felt after his sister did all the favors he asked for wrong.
6. His lack of gratitude is a clear manifestation of his ill manners.
7. Even animals can feel gratitude towards their caretakers.
8. You ungrateful kid, show gratitude towards your mother, or else!
9. She demonstrated her gratitude by rewarding his heroic act with gold coins.
10. There is such a thing as too much gratitude.

Easter

lol no problem... now onto the sentences

1 ) Sweat is lost during excercise.
2 ) For Health and Physical Education, I learnt about carbohydrate loading and hydration techniques so you do not lose too much fluid in your sweat or lose too much energy.
3 ) That long sentence almost made me sweat.
4 ) Sweat formed above his brow line.
5 ) "No sweat," he said calmly.
6 ) sweatdrop hah.... funny
7 ) Sweat is made sweet with the replacement of the "a".
8 ) Sweat is a mixture of water and electrolytes.
9 ) Now I should end all my sentences with sweat.
10 ) He wiped away the sweat; it was over now.

next time on "10 Sentences": antidisestablishmentarianism.... kidding!

1. I had to learn about quadratic equations in school.
2. I'm glad I'm done learning about quadratic equations.
3. In math, when we use quadratics, I'm allowed to use a calculator.
4. If it hadn't been for my calculator, I would have hated learning about quadratics.
5. Quadratic equations are not always difficult to solve.
6. How many more sentences do I have to make with the word 'quadratic'?
7. I hope I'm allowed to use variations on the word 'quadratic'.
8. My friend taught me a song that can be used as a device to remember the quadratic formula.
9. The quadratic formula is a bit tedious to use, but it's easy to remember.
10. Sometimes I get the quadratic formula and the distance formula confused.

I am not a math geek. I just closely associate the word 'quadratic' with math. sweatdrop

New word: Compute.

the first time i saw it i memorized it ^^ -b +/- sqrt b^2-4ac / 2a ^^

Compute

1 ) Compute is mainly a verb.
2 ) I can't think of a way compute could be anything but a verb.
3 ) Computers compute things. (audience memeber: no! (sarcastically))
4 ) Compute can also be computed or computing.
5 ) I'm getting bored with the word compute.
6 ) To compute is to process.
7 ) A computing test is taken in Australia.
8 ) I don't know if a computing test is taken in America.
9 ) I wonder if a form of compute is computations?
10 ) Computed sentences are now finished! ^^ Hooray!

Veritas didn't post a new word, so I guess I'll throw "veritas" out there, or rather, "truth". (if that's okay... I just didn't want the thread to die.)

So, the new word is TRUTH.

3. Truth or Dare is a stupid game in my opinion.
4. Darren wouldn't tell his father the truth.
5. I had a friend named "Truth".
6. Hurt is "truth" without the last "t"
7. Sometimes it's better not to know the truth.
8. In truth, I thought the movie was fascinating.
9. The feather of truth was white and shiny.
10. Does telling the truth once erase a lie?

Icy

1. I'm pretty good at giving icy stares.
2. I love the winter, so I don't mind icy weather.
3. I wonder if there is anything else that's icy.
4. I suppose Artic areas must be icy.
5. Then again, flobal warming may be decreasing the amount of icy areas in the world.
6. I fear for the creatures that are used to living in icy climates.
7. The icy air can get you sick.
8. However, icy air can also be brisk and refreshing.
9. Voyagers must get lonely on cold, icy nights.
10. The streets can get dangerous when they are icy.

The new word is COMPLETE.

2 ) Complete rhymes with deplete.
3 ) When it was complete, he took a quick breather.
4 ) Upon completion of the paper on complete sentences, he never wanted to write about completion again!
5 ) Complete this phrase: a bird in the hand is what in the bush?
6 ) He was proud upon completing the media presentation.
7 ) The complete song was now played backwards.
8 ) Complete is sounding weird now...
9 ) To complete an ellipsis, you need a third full stop.
10 ) The 10 sentences are now complete!

Palindromic

1. I know a few palindromic words.
2. It's easier to find palindromic numbers.
3. Apparently, there are such things as "palindromic polynomials".
4. Palindromic phrases are often difficult to create.
5. I've only lived long enough to see one palindromic year.
6. If my mom had been born in September, her birthday would have been a palindromic date.
7. Once, a teacher of mine made my class comprise a list of palindromic words.
8. At the moment, I can only remember one palindromic word.
9. I'm starting to run out of ways to use the word "palindromic".
10. I think I'll go on Google and use the word "palindromic" as my search term just for the heck of it.

The new word is EFFICIENT.
