Usually I just wear old jeans and a black t-shirt with worn-out sneakers or plain black boots.

There's virtually no goth scene in my town, so there really isn't any place to go dress up and have fun with similar people.

Besides, I work / attend college classes most of the week. Those aren't the most appropriate environments to dress up for. Not to mention I'd have to wake up an hour earlier in order to have enough time to get ready. I am NOT a morning person, so there's a snowball's chance in hell of that happening.

I usually wear frilly/lacy/velvety/silky clothes, predominantly in black and coupled with my trusty Docs. However, I occasionally wear a bit of dark blue, red, and/or purple. I do not usually receive negative remarks about my appearance, as I attempt to look "elegant" as opposed to "scary".

I don't dress goth almost at all, (though I wouldn't mind lolita if I had a ton of money.) I don't even really classify myself as a goth. I'm more of a nerdy spiritualist. I am very interested in gothic things though, so I dunno. I prefer dark colors, though only a few of my outfits are black. (My dad tries to get me to stay away from black, he says it's boring or whatever.)

I don't have pale skin or anything, and my hair is blonde. I also wear glasses. At my old school, I dressed up sometimes. This kid who sat next to me in English told me that my eyes were black and I was goth and scary. (My eyes are dark hazel. rolleyes )

I actually don't dress goth because (it may sound steriotypical) I think that personally, I'm waaaaaay too bubbly and my preppy attitude would clash. But I did favor dark clothes and mostly black in high school. However I didn't shop at hot topic or anything.

I dress more on the punk side of things. I'm in love with clothing though ( typical of a fashion major). With me my outfits are one of two things: A T-shirt and a pair of jeans Or Very elegant.(Usualy a fancy blouse paired with a skirt.) I go from one extreme to the other.

I also love "butcher" my clothes. With tops I "Peter Pan" the bottoms. With Pants I cut holes them. It's funny I get asked very frequently where I get my ripped jeans to which my reply is: I just get regular jeans at target and cut them myself. I think it's stupid to pay $60 for ripped jeans that for $40 I could easily get a regular pair of jeans and cut my own personalized holes in them.

My favourite accessories are: my spiked collar(or any of my dog collars for that matter), my padlock, my rings and my cheetah print boots.

Oops sorry....kind of when a a few tangents there.....I love clothing too much...

Mostly I stick with my favorite colors: black, green, and blue. I do have some "goth" clothes, but, hey I'm not made of money-I can't afford to fill my closet with studded pants and the like.

I don't wear gothic clothes either. Too expensive for me, since I'm a teen. I usually wear normal clothing and some accessories. Most of the time I wear black though.

Most of my clothes are black, mainly 'normal' stuff.

I do resent that, but now I am out of school and college I am free from the criticism of others and may socialise with whoever I wish.

I started with Christmas, by asking mum to get me my 3rd pair of new rocks.

I like Victorian-esqueGoth clothing, I have some but I want more until its the only thing I can wear razz

Sad really.

I used to get bullied at school so I tried to blend in and look 'normal' but now I've got myself back and am sorting it out once and for all!

Goth power!

Lol... that was sad.

EXCELSIOR!

Damn, so was that.

The spooky kids in high school mostly pissed me off, and I could never afford that generic, overpriced waste of time called Hot Topic. I wear what I like. I'm usually pale, but that's because being out in the sun in the summer is painful because I burn so badly really easily. This summer, though, I had an outside job at a greenhouse, so my complexion is somewhat normal on my arms, face, and shoulders. That was painful.
Anyway, I like really dark clothes, slob-ish comfy stuff, and sometimes really insane colorful stuff, but I hate it when people stare (I have social anxiety pretty badly), so usually I just go with Ol' Faithful, simple black-on-black.

i am very pale and i only have black, white, grey, and red (plus jeans) in my wardrobe but i don't really dress goth. i just gravitate towards the darker aspects and called goth for it. I am called loner more than goth but these titles do apply. Only the people that say them don't really understand not that i expect them to anymore...
