Well original. Sure, I'll give you original.
But that doesn't mean they weren't bulky, and ugly.
Though the Ice Prince is too.

These ones aren't that original, but at least I can fit the laurels in somewhere if I need a bit of white.
The point is, even if unoriginal, the Laurels I can at least see people using.

Plus it was a demand thing. This is actually what everyone wanted. Gaia just listened to them.

No, what people wanted was a recolor of the original item; the Golden Laurels. You know, the big, visible ones with a bit of shine to them? Gaia just did whatever they wanted with it and it looks like crap, IMO. A bunch of white ovals on a white wavy line that doesn't show up well on pale hair.

The anklets and wrist thingies are barely visible, the cape short and pointless. I don't mind the toga and tree, but the basic pose, the most important bit of the whole item itself is just...not good.

I heard a lot of people say they were glad it wasn't just a re-colour.

Plus, you can't go on a rant about how an item wasn't original, and then say it would have been better had it been an exact replica of another item.

Wow, the MC release is REALLY late today. Usually it's the only thing going on during the 15th, and this week they even bumped up the EI report to make sure it wasn't too much for them.

I've seen the leaked artwork. I'm not looking forward to this, to be honest; the artwork looks dull and the little blurb is depressing and fills my mind with dread.

Not exactly impressed. It would be nice to have an MC that was as desired as most of your rare RIG drops and EIs.

It's nice we finally have a holdable hour glass, although the black sands aren't exactly what I was looking for.

Don't really care much for either item, but I can see that the Scarlet Rose might be useful.

They're nice but overly priced for stuff that somehow feels cheap... Particularly the recolored rose. It's like a knock off from china with a "Spoony" Snoopy logo on it. xp

I am exceptionally disappointed in the MC's this month. The Frog is so basic and simple and the Sapphire Plume is pretty unnecessary and pointless.

I mean, come on, even the recolored Rose we got last month was better than this crap.
