70spunker Radpops A Tale of Two Cities is probably one of my favorite books of all time. Radpops: Give me a slight summary? Monica: They both look captivating from what I have read. Well it's right before and during the French Revolution and it has two separate stories that come together. One's in turmoil France and one in decapitated England. If my memory serves correct, an ex-Aristocrat Frenchman is pressured by the forces during the revolution and this drunkard depressed man meet and one gets imprisoned and the other saves him. It's been about 2 years so the details are fuzzy. But I read the novel, and after each chapter, I read the spark notes summary to fully understand. The ending is fabulous. I'm just tired to remember much of the rest. I do recall symbols and themes, but the plot's not clear anymore.
