Ryan chuckles. "Aye, sounds like it. but sounding and being are two different things." he says before wincing a bit. Aden was in for a dose of cold shoulder...and everything above as well.

"That's not what I-" Aden barely heard the Ice Beam's firing in time to lower himself, narrowly averting becoming an ice statue. "Meant." The look his face had might've been enough to convey his thoughts of 'Oh crap, what have I done!?'

As he ducked, I switched up. Aden may as well have said 'I assumed the position' while he was at it as I took the opportunity to give him a near pro-football player technique of a brutal punt. Time to give Aden some sky miles.

What had he done? At this point, Aden was fairly sure the adult gloves went into orbit. The kiddy gloves were long gone, thanks to Falkner. What was left? He wasn't sure, but it apparently involved getting kicked around hard, and he actually flew a short distance from the punt.

"Okay, taking back my retort about foreplay."

Ryan raises his arms up. "It's good! 3 points Blizz!" Ryan says with a chuckle.

"Thank you! Thank you to all my adoring fans! It was for you!" Large ham much? Usually? No. Though Ryan just left it all open. With a heavy sigh I gave a shrug. "Aden, Aden, Aden. Main thing any one can tell you. It doesn't matter rather it be a spar or a real fight. Don't keep your eyes off your opponent and don't leave any opportunities open if you can. Eyes and instincts, use them in tandem. When when you make your moves, think fast. You literally set yourself up for that, you know." I said. "Now come on already! I'm waiting."

"Somehow, I think I hear Falkner clapping at that. And showing immediate disappointment afterward. So here, a gift." Aden was at least a little wiser, being more inclined to try and do something as he got to his feet. Focusing on a little Earth chi, enough for a few seeds to sprout on each of his hands before throwing all but one at Blizzard. He'd keep that last one for now.

I started to move swaying around and moving in. Leech seed again. One thing Im trying to make a emphasis. If he's going to hit me with that, he's got to do better than toss a few seeds. Either that or get better aim and prediction. Or is that the idea? Don't know. This is to see if Aden had learned anything.

As I approached him, I started to charge another Ice Beam in the palm of my hand.

Aim? Yeah, he was just horrible there. Prediction? Not much better, but he was trying a bit. With that Ice Beam charging, acting fast was quickly becoming a must. But as he saw it, range was out. Unless...

Getting an idea, he started after Blizzard, keeping a check on the attack that'd surely be headed for him.

When he started his way for me, I could only think of one thing. I had to hand it to him. He's actually trying to get some headway. As I got close, I turned and allowed him to get behind me, but only for a brief second. Only long enough to get my ice beam aimed at him to fire soon after.

Aden was at least a little prepared, though surprised to be allowed a shot from behind Blizzard so easily. He doubted it'd be quite that easy, however, and went to brace himself. Some fire chi began to build up, but not for any attacks. He knew not to do that. But maybe it'd mitigate the Ice Beam that he was now too close to think of escaping from.

In the meantime, he threw that last seed he had while Blizzard went to aim. His initial plan was essentially shot, but he sought to salvage what he could. When the attack did hit him, he cringed and it wasn't long before he shivered. Part of him was frozen upon impact, but with the fire chi around him, the ice would melt fairly soon.

Given that I was a bit too close to Aden, there was no getting away from that seed. I tried to avoid it, to be sure, but it was no use. The seed caught upon my wing and it sprouted quick, wrapping my wing tight. "Oh crap." I said. This was going to be a little troublesome. I best hurry up and put Aden down.

"Not... done... yet." Aden said, still shivering as the ice gradually melted. There was one problem he could quickly see, and he had a feeling it was from inexperience. While he was learning attacks like Solarbeam, which mixed in various kinds of chi, he wasn't too apt at having that same variation otherwise. He had a little trouble maintaining the fire chi that was already built up when he started focusing on something else. Namely Celestial chi. But the slight bit he was getting as the seed took hold helped.

He managed to get himself closer, where he went to throw another Psychic-enfused attack. Only this time, he tried to focus it on another limb, and went for a kick instead.

Instincts tripped and I could feel the chi getting sapped out of me. God, while generally ineffective now, if Aden could master this thing, this Leech Seed would really put someone in a bind in more ways than one. I then looked ahead. Aden was about to make me hurt pretty hard right at the moment. Another psychic infused blow...

As Aden went up with his kick, I went down low to trip him while he was still on one foot for that kick.

There wasn't much Aden could do at that point. He knew something was coming, but being too caught up in his attack, defense wasn't possible. He soon found himself losing his footing as he was tripped, falling hard on his side. The remaining ice on him shattered from the impact, a slight reprieve to the outcome.

He was able to get back up, hurting a bit. While recovering now, he knew it'd be a limited success. For the moment, he kept his distance to keep himself going.
