ok, according to Raven, I'd be passing out lesson 15 tonight, Friday!
Shuriken Throwing
Hidden Method: By hiding the shuriken in the palm of your hand or somewhat in a large sleeve, one can easily catch his opponent off guard this way. In essence, this isn't a method, but a strategy. Just be sure that you're careful. Shuriken don't have a mind of there own, so you can poke yourself accidentally if you hide it behind your palm.
Fan method: This method is usually done with many shuriken at one time. By holding one shuriken in between every pair of fingers, you can cross your arms, then let them fly wild at your opponent. Many are likely to be intimidated by a flying squadron of weapons flying toward them, but if an amateur attempts this, the most they can hit would be air. A terribly inaccurate method unless in the hands of an expert shuriken master.
Frisbee method: Simply hold the shuriken in between the thumb and index finger, then reel you hand backwards toward your stomach to get some space for momentum. With more control over the shuriken physically and focus on a single one, accuracy can be more easily achieved. Just don't be foolhardy and remember not to poke yourself in the stomach this way.
Pitch method: A reverse direction of the frisbee method. It can be performed with multiple shuriken actually, while the fan method is best suited to use with more volume of shuriken. The pitch method can be done either way. Simply put, you bring your arm with shuriken in hand out stretched and almost behind you. Then simply throw with all your might and precision from there on. You'd need some room in order to stretch your arm out though. Warning, Kakashi has been known to take his opponent in mid swing and hold his opponent's own shuriken on their head.
