the problem is i'm not good with doing scenes

i noticed i do too much character design

which they don't want

what they want are original concepts that involve s**t that tell a story

the worst part is that i have an artist block right now

artist block are over rated .. just thumbnail that artist block away ... mind at zero and just draw.

what you could try and do is download plugins for photoshop like alchemy (i think keiden or zen linked it before) and just thumbnail with that ... it gives you so much weird a** shapes. and just use those thumbnails as ideas to draw something the traditional way.

or just go nuts with a couple of markers and see where it leads.

POrn...cures....everything......except STD's, but in a way it keeps the std infected supressed and what not....so in a way it does. *shrug*

Oh yeah, it also cures artist block! You get awesome poses out of it :B

i already know my problem.

i don't have any natural media to actually create art. if they still accepted digital then it would've been a lot easier for me. it's harder to pressure myself to create art when i never exercised my natural media skills.

all i've been doing is doodling hawhaw but whatever.

i already have plans after i submit this s**t.

I got some critiques from some pros the other day (they ripped me a couple of new ones) and they gave me advice and tips on how to improve.

What you do DS, you grab some magazines (like a game mag or something) and draw every scene you see in there in 1-2min each, look over it, and then just toss that s**t. Do this for a while until you break your block and come up with some ideas.
