The Pupitar was hit and slammed back down to the ground with a violent thud. As the Pokemon laid there motionless a large crack could be seen in its back. Did RC do that? No, he didn't. Sub knew better, maybe RC didn't but Sub has seen this before, considering he once had a Pupitar. This was bad.

"I suggest you get away right now RC! You just triggered the evolution of the wrong Pokemon." Sub shouted his warning at RC.

Just as Sub had said the Pupitar became engulfed in a bright white light as its body began to alter shape. After all was said and done the lifeless rock husk of Pupitar laid at the feet of a beautiful Tyranitar with an almost golden armored body. Sub thought the Pupitar's coloring was off before but he didn't pay it much mind, but now he knew for sure, this was a shiny Pokemon.

"Taaar!" Roared the newly evolved beast on the ground. Thanks to its evolution it had plenty of strength to fight and fight it would do. The slam on the ground would summon forth a small pebble of rock, wrapped in a rainbow aura like before. The pebble would be flicked at RC and the dragon might just laugh at this display as it seemed to do nothing. But that would be wrong. The pebble would stick to RC and its aura get brighter as rocks from all around the cave, big and small, flew straight for RC, the smaller pebble attracting them. This was obviously Ancientpower but this was something along the lines of Blizzard's.

"Dile?" Muttered Auguste as he stared at Rhyme in confusion. The Krookodile wasn't sure what had her attention but he decided to help her out and began to dig away at where she was staring, slowly but consistently. Eventually he began to see what struck awe into her, and it did him as well.

RC once again uses Extremespeed to get away and shed any of those pesky pebbles. "NOW do we retreat, o' fearless leader? Or are Tyranitar's still an acceptable foe?" RC asks as he lands near Sub. Depending on his answer, it was either back in or over to Rhyme to collect her before making an expeditious move in the backwards direction.

"...Thunderstones, you see! And this one...it's so big." She continues helping the pokemon dig it out. They manage to get it out just as the there is a roar that shakes the cavern, and Rhyme catches the stone that's almost the size of her carefully, staring over at the golden Tyranitar. "W-wow....its so...beautiful." Not as beautiful as others would think, and right now it was deadly. She had to get this stone out, though.

"Come on, Mr. Mew!" the shiny Pumpkaboo pops out in a glimmer of light, blinking owlishly at his trainer. "Can you lift the stone with your psychic and bring it over to Sub?" She motions to the trainer at the top, and the pokemon nods. "Sub, coming your way!" The stone gains a glimmer of an energy field and up and away it goes to the Leader.

"You know, for a legendary hybrid that prides himself as a Grand Master you sure do run a lot." Sub said with a smarmy smile. It was then that Sub saw what Rhyme was sending up his way and his smile grew far larger, oh this was what he was hoping for! "Jackpot! And you wanted to run right away, RC. I'm disappointed in you. Auguste, we're leaving. Carry this chunk back with us." He told his Pokemon as he motioned for him to come along, waving in the direction he walked.

Auguste would make sure Rhyme was okay before he began to climb back up the rock wall and proceeded to carry away the massive Thunderstone the hybrid had unearthed.

"Tar tar!" Shouted the Tyranitar just as Auguste got up to the top. The Pokemon was severely angry, his opponent just kept running like a coward and he wanted a fight. "Tyranitar!" Bellowed the beast as he charged toward Rhyme, snatching her up in her arms but surprisingly was careful not to hurt. "Tyran!" It shouted again as another Rock Slide was triggered, rocks falling down upon RC from above. Smart Pokemon, using Rhyme as bait to get his fight.

Ohhh, but how smart was it? Yes a momma Tyranitar was bad, but a parental Dragon? and of the Legendary level as well? This beast just bit off more than it could chew scooping up Rhyme. RC dashes forward. away from the Rock Slide and closer towards his target. His chi would spike, appearing physically with his eyes changing from the piercing blue ( One of the few traits he kept from being human prior) to a strong orange. It would also manifest in his claws, as he lashes out at the Tyranitar with dual Dragon Claws, hitting her where Rhyme wasn't, all the time emitting a very deep and resonating growl.

"Good job, Mr. Mew!" She hugs the Pumpkaboo with delight, returning it to its pokeball before claws wrap around her middle.

Oh. No.

Rhyme cries out as the ground suddenly moves away from her, but her Pokemon instincts kick in and let her realize that oh, the hug is more protective in nature than actual 'im going to hurt you'. The rocks fall and she tugs her hat over her eyes, not wanting to see what's happening.

The growl, though...that growl makes her fur stand up on end and she lifts her hat to see a very, VERY angry RC. She's still learning the concepts about Chi but the energy spike she feels makes her tremble. He's not too happy about this...and his eyes. No longer are they blue, but Orange, and Rhyme spots the yellow glow beneath the Tyranitar's foot though words turn into squeaks of distress as she makes herself smaller, trying to hide in the golden pokemon's arms from the attacks just because, for now, its a hiding spot.

Though she is ready to be dropped, should the pokemon do so.

As RC came at the Tyranitar the Dark type Pokemon quickly tossed Rhyme to the side, seemingly to aim for the wet mud where the stream once flowed so that she wouldn't be harmed too much. With Rhyme out of the picture the Tyranitar charged up a massive amount of chi in its tail and slung it with all its might at RC, to meet his Dragon Claw with a Dragon Tail. The chi charged in the tail gave it an extension of pure chi, blueish green in hue and shaped like its own but with far more spike on it.

RC would catch the tail and dig his claws in. Now that Rhyme was clear, he was about to show just how strong a Rayquaza was. RC uses Bulk up to increase his strength for this little maneuver. He starts dragging the Tryanitar by the tail, trying to get a circular motion going. If it worked? This was going to look like the Shiny Hybrid was competing in a Hammer Throw event with a very large and shiny Hammer.

Cue a Pachirisu hybrid now a good foot or two in the mud--said Tyranitar did have some strength after all. She comes up for air, gasping and clawing the surface, then trying to wipe her face off as best as she could. Mud would stain her brown for a few hours, and a good scrubbing would be needed.

However, as she watched RC swing the pokemon around, she noticed something very strange. What was sticking on the bottom of the golden dinosaur Pokemon's foot? Was...that what she thought it was? She'd have to grab it after RC would send it flying, because that could cause it lots of pain later on. Thunderstones in feet were like splinters--not very nice. Maybe thats why it was a little angrier?

The Tyranitar was dispatched, slamming into the nearby rock wall and slumping over, defeated. Despite everything it threw at RC for whatever reason it could not even touch him. The Tyranitar would fight no more.

Oh, the Tyranitar might not of touch RC physically, but the use of that much chi at that high of a level? It had an effect as the levels dropped. A back-draft effect, just on a smaller scale. The sleeves of his outfit would complete disintegrate and all the scales, from his claws to his shoulders on both arms would shatter into a million tiny flecks, exposing the softer skin that lays underneath. And thanks to all that, it also stung like a swarm of beedrill had just worked him over. High-Level Chi expenditure did have downsides, if the fight had gone any longer, RC might of lost all his scales, from head to toe, and started to accumulate rips in his softer skin.

Rhyme watches with awe as the Tyranitar slumps. Covered in mud and dirt she manages still to make her way over to the fallen beast, grappling at the thunderstone lodged in it's foot. One...two...she breaks it free and falls over, it half the size of her but easy enough to carry. She has to hold it carefully, covered in mud, and makes her way to the ledge. "Can you help me up, Sub? Please?" She doesn't want RC to hurt anymore, given the loss of scales looked like it hurt.

As Sub jumped down into the 'ravine' he shot RC a smile, despite how rough the hybrid was looking. "What's wrong, old geezer? Been slacking on your training? Or did you underestimate the wild Pokemon here? I can't wait to tell Blizz about this. Will make for an excellent drinking story." He said with a chuckle, despite his sarcastic remarks however he was sure to have tossed him a nice juicy Sitrus Berry he had dug out of his backpack. He was pretty good about carrying stuff like that but that berry had been in there for awhile and had some soft spots. Might not taste the best but it would give RC the wind back to his lungs and might dull the sting.

"Auguste, take Rhyme back up." Sub said to his Krookodile who just nodded at the command. "Rhyme, get on Auguste's back. He'll scale the wall and get you out of here."

"I just might be. Haven't had to have use that much chi, in such a high concentration, in an extremely long time. I knew the pokemon here were strong, just not to that level." RC explains as he catches the Sitrus Berry with his teeth and snaps it down. It was a bit rough on the taste department, but it took enough out of the stinging that he could at least move properly.

"Right." toddles over and apologizes to the Pokemon in advance, being careful to hold onto the crystal and the pokemon carefully, so none of them dropped. She'd try to stay out of trouble, grimacing as the mud started to dry. Mud and fur felt weird....she'd maybe ask to be held near the waterfall or something.
