The Lakeshore

Shuicho smiled at Zayra. "When your ready. I will be happy to repeat some of this grown up talk. Although your right. Your mother and Akeji do need the wood. Let's gather as much wood and race back!" he smiled. Shuicho raced around collecting wood making the wood gathering a game. "Last one home get's a nuzzle." he shouted gathering wood. He grabbed a good bundle in his backpack.  

[Kaida_Lee]

Zayra smiled. "Okay cool. I'm gonna win dad." She said as she started zipping around picking up sticks and shoving them into her backpack.  

[Slighter]

Arriving to the lake with Sora and Keara, Slighter sat next to the lake and looked around. "Now this is a nice place to be." He said ignoring the other behind him while he took deep breaths and fell to his side rolling around in the mud.

 

[Keara Linate Sivenate]

Keara shook her head as she watched him. "Your lazy, your old, and you act like a pup." She walked past him to the edge of the water and lapped at the water.  

[Nutella Mocha]

Smacking her forehead with her gloved hand Sora sighs, shaking her head. Then looking up Sora spots a log and sits on it, looking out into the lake. Remebering some events that happened her a smile came upon her lips. She continued to stare at the lake until it hurt her eyes, then she looked at the ground and closed her eyes. Trying to make them stop hurting a bit.

 

[Slighter]

Slighter Laughed and smiled while he Stood up and shook the mud off his fur. "Well, At least I'm living my life carefree." He said has he slowly got into the water and started to swim around in the lake. Looking back at both Keara and Sora, Slighter Howled out once again inviting them to join him in.

 

[Keara Linate Sivenate]

Keara lifted her slightly to look at him as he howled. She lowered her head again and took lapped at the water once. She closed her eyes and started to howl a low note, raising her head slowly. As she raised her head her tone became higher and her voice carried out over the water in a lullaby she learned as a pup.  

[Nutella Mocha]

Sora opened her eyes and looked at Slighter.
Hearing his invite she changes into her wolf form and howls with him.
While howling, she relized it was a long time since she last howled...

She then noticed her howl started to get louder, and higher pitched.
Her howl starting to play the tune of her childhood pack.
Closing her eyes sadly a bit she stops, the reopens them.
Erasing the sadness completly from them.

 

[Keara Linate Sivenate]

Keara ends her howl as Sora does and leaps into the lake close to Slighter, spraying him with water.  

[Slighter]

Slighter smiled listening to there howl, "Very nice." he said to both of them has he got tears to his eyes but of course where invisible since he was wet. Slighter couldn't remember his Childhood Howl, of is old pack howl since he left at a young age, wanting to leave all his troubles, and death behind him. Looking up at Keara, Slighter shook the painful memories away and splashed her back has he swam around in circles.

 

[Nutella Mocha]

Sora had a quick flash of hatred go thourgh her eyes, but erased it and watched Slighter and Keara play.
She could never forgive her old pack...
she could never love the wolves she called
Mom and Dad ever again.

Shaking her head to rid those thoughts Sora stands up and walks and stands in the water.
Even though she was trying to hide the small sadness and hatred in her eyes with laughter and happiness, you could still barely see it.
Then she jumped up and then landed in the water making a big splash that got Slighter and Keara,
"Beat that Suckers!"
Sora yelled running in the water away from the two wolves.

 

[Keara Linate Sivenate]

Keara laughed and took off after Sora, stumbbling as she tried to run full speed.  

[Slighter]

Slighter looked at the play this time and Sighed barely being able to sense a bit of sadness and hatred in Sora eyes, he tilted his head and followed behind the, "Well, You better hope I don't get my hand on you Sora." he said has he ran behind them while barking playfully.

 

[Nutella Mocha]

Sora smirked, even though she was a wolf that controlled fire she was pretty good with water.
Running a bit faster she barked back,
"That is if you catch me!"
She replied laughing a bit.

 

[Keara Linate Sivenate]

Keara wasn't so good at running in the water and stumbled time after time slowly falling farther behind Sora and closer to Slighter. She was moving pretty well for a while until she triped on something in the water and rolled head over heels in the water, sending it in a few different directions.
