Kar glanced over at the newcomer and at Loren then at Eliza. He looked closely to see her slowly opening her eyes. He stood up and looked at her seeing her mouth something.

Hail had walked quite a way from Loren's castle, she wanted to go back to explain but she couldnt think of anything to say. Static passed though her body again and then she felt it "Eliza!" she gasped, as if sleepy.She turned to Hakuzo "We have to go back, but I only have a coulple of hours left. Can you fly? I dont think i could teleport us"
Hakuzo remained silent, he had so many questions to ask but the time for them was not now. Hail climbed to his back and he took off back toward the way they came.

Kar frowned, "Eliza...." he muttered his ears drooped.
Eliza eyes were dull and slowly became white as if she was blind. Slowly her eyes began to close.

Xander Xylas "I'd be lying if I said everything was fine. I..fought the virus, and Eliza is on the verge of dead..." Loren said as he looked at Godchild and then over to Eliza, "Even after training, I'm still not strong enough to be a shield." Justus crossed his arms. "Gain a perfect design, not a one purpose sketch."His red eyes glared with inspiration as he gazed upon Loren. "The virus is a powerful force who controls even death itself. If you don't prepare properly, it will be your life that's on the line...and what good is a knight who can't protect worth a damn? Bravery is one thing but application takes time." Justus changed his view to the child.

The child awoke instantly as he felt eyes staring at him. He sat up and looked to see who it was. The mans power was great, but nothing to caputre his interest so he went back to sleep. He felt a greater power in the room but he didn't nothing since it would soon fade away along with Eliza.

Hail and Hakuzo were right over Loren's castle. "Throw me down!" she commanded.
Hakuzo twisted his body in mid-air and shot down from the sky to the Throne Room.
Hail jumped off Hakuzo's back and shot down like a comet, but when she touched down by Eliza and Kar, she landed like a feather. She walked over and grabbed Eliza's hand "Im sorry! I want to save you! This is all my fault!" she said frantically.

"Everyone's together once more, huh? This works out great," Loren said, inspired by Justus's speech, "Now, we can all attempt to save Eliza."
And I'll come up a new form and style for the future. he thought to himself as he walked over to the cloud Eliza was lying on.
"Where should we do?" the twins asked in unison.

Eliza faught to open her eyes and she looked around everyone very blurry. She mouthed something but it was hard to make out...but there was an it'll be ok in there...and a back.
Kar sighed and put his paws over his head.

Ledon Kester ((I noticed that my recent posts have been lacking that comical buzz I like to associate with Gray and Xian, so I decided to revive it. dramallama )) Gray and Justus turned to Raian. "Yes, Raian?" The two waited for the mouse to continue.

hellokitty3241 ((Lol its fine its amusing in anyway possible blaugh )) Raian pointed over at Luminaria. "Your love is here." He said just in one blunt tone, then walked back into the armoury and began working again with Umbreon.Luminaria walked beside's Gray, patting his head. "Who's this you're fighting?" She asked. Gray faded from beside Lu, reappearing behind Justus. "Prove this union's fall is a fable!" His dark blade ripped through his back. "As you wish..." Justus returned the favor, taking his own blade through Gray's back. Their blood spilled and mixed, prompting the original form. "UNIONIZE!!!" Their blades intertwined, crossing the wires so to say. "AAAHHHHH!!!"A combined being came to be. Now Godchild was truly free from his entrapment. His eyes did not revert to their trademark gray, but rather turned a crimson color, most likely due to the corruption he had felt. "I am Godchild, the true and blue. Or in this case...indigo." His body gave off a white glow as his eyes glowed neon red. Brushing himself off, he walked back to Luminaria. "So...what's cooking, good-looking?"

Justus' body changed slightly as he absorbed the final Godchild into his core. "Now everyone truly is here." His voice changed to Gray's original tone. "Truly has been a long time. A lot of friends have died and many now wish more for death. I have been invited to a dark castle, said to be controlled by the Virus itself. I now wonder what we are to become is we were to leave now. Would we be seen as a band of heroes or as a group of survivors who could do no more?" Justus looked at the twins. "We could always train, research, train some more, practice new skills while we train, spar a little to give those new skills true application in battle, and then...we could train some more or rest up for the next day of training."

Hail turned to look at Loren "I can't stay. I just came to see if there was anything I can do...maybe even say goodbye" she said sadly, and clutched Eliza's hand.
Hakuzo rumbled deep in his chest, sounding sad as well. He bumped Kar's shoulder for comfort.

At last her final hours came and Eliza's hand grew limp in Hails hand. Slowly she began to fade away.
Kar whimpered but spotted a smile on Eliza's face before she began to fade. He sat up straight his chest puffed out. It was a sad moment...but something was off...Kar glanced over to the child who sat in the crib doing about his own buisness...that child..he knew something...

(I'm listening to "Living with Determination" from Persona 3 typing this btw lol)
"Sounds gre-" the twins felt a horrible atmosphere envelope the surround. It was grief. Grief and sadness.
"Eli...za..." Loren murmured as a blood red tear fell from his ouroboros embued right eye. He was sadden by scene taking place before him. One after another, his friends were dying due, but instead of giving in to the grief, Loren smiled. It wasn't a happy or fake smile, he just smiled. He didn't want to frown at her death but rather let her see that he is strong.
Wait...It's not too late to do a Dragon Blood contract!! It's quick and it works!! Loren hopped onto the cloud and bite into his hand and held it over a solid part of Eliza body. The blood began to drip on her but whether it worked now....would depend on whether or not Eliza would agree to the contract.
"Eliza...what I'm doing is considered a taboo for my class and race, but I'll break it," Loren asked with a voice split into two distinct origins. One was a soft version of his own voice while the other was that of a beast,
"By day, we travel.
By night, we battle.
Wings spread as far as the eye can see,
while infants wail to the cry of seven kings.
A knight is strong and lawful,
A dragon is fierce and Unruled.
Souls bound by a bond,
And a new sword and shield are born.
Two as one we give this pact,
Outer breed, do you accept this contract?"
(Its kinda implied in this, but this pact mean his lifeline is Eliza's life. If he lives on, she will as well. If he dies...well, anyway. lol)

Justus listen to Loren's chant. "A blood contract? Well that makes everything all the more interesting. I wonder how this story will end."

"Alright...time for training." He used his mind to move the terrain around as he ripped through the forest, turning much into debris. "So far so good." He continued to rip up the forest.
