Twilight: The Arival of "The Cult"

Bella clung to Jasper and Edward. She was afraid of falling over - Jacob's sudden movement had dazed her completely. She buried her face into Edward back. How come everything always had to happen so suddenly....and why did these vampires keep coming back for more?

Edward blinked his eyes, pulling Bella around and to his chest. Taking a deep breath, he managed a half decant smile. Well, Jake, why don't you just go check on your father yourself?

Armand had an entertained look when he was attacked by Jacob, but his stare turned hard and cold when he looked at Katherine "silence, I told you not to speak of that, I can handle this mutt you go round up the puppies and find Accalia" he said and then turned back to Jacob. "Last time you were in control this time your anger has made you weak" he smiled as his sleep drifted once again into Jacob's mind, this time to not give up.

Kathrine shrugged her shoulders and turned around, starting to walk out the door.

Armand sighed as well at Katherine as he continued to cast his "spell" on Jacob.

Jacob looked at Armand, then over at Edward. It was becoming increasingly difficult for him to focus on what was going on. His eye lids felt heavy, as did his limbs. He swayed slightly and let his hand release the front of the vampire's coat. Jacob wanted desperately to be able to fight back, but he was to tired.

Stumbling backwards, he fell onto the couch. For a few minutes he managed to keep himself awake, but eventually, he was forced to succumb. Closing his eyes, he slipped into a deep sleep.

Kathrine walked out of the house, her steps noiseless against the floor as she walked.  

[Kivyroku]

"Figured it would be easy, I won't infect him so enjoy his company when he wakes" he laughed as he dissapeared.  

[MommiiDearest]

Edward's mind started to think clearly and he froze suddenly. He's going to break the treaty, isn't he.

"Hmm treaty?" his voice echoed as he dissapeared, "....never heard of it"  

[MommiiDearest]

I'm taking that as a yes. Jasper growled, slamming shut the door.

Edward looked down at Jacob, who was still uncontious on teh couch. Would anyone mind if Ijust tossed that outside?

"No!" Bella yelled, instinctively running to protect Jacob. "You can't just put him out! Who knows what they'd do to him?!" She whimpered, hugging his arm. "We just need to wake him up..."

Armand continued to run through the forest still.

Katherine stopped running when she ended up at a river and sat down on a large rock.

Alice sighed. She didn't see why Bella even tolerated that stupid werewolf.
