uryu ishida OberFeldwebel OO23OO I love this gun. So much. I know what it is... FFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU the name... eludes me. Some incarnation of the Sterling? I'm telling you guys, there is no ******** way that is NOT a direct blood relative of the Sten. Same action, same bolt, same weld, same sights, same stock... the only two things different are the location of the magazine and ejection port, and that little lever I assume to be the safety.

Fresnel ETA: Either that or the MP 3008. That's just a German Sten though. Correct.

IIRC, the entire point was to be able to pick up a dead German's ammo belt and use his s**t. Made life easier for the Brits to be able to loot all their ammo from the enemy.

I couldn't identify a commercial rifle, they all look pretty much the same. A Remington?

OberFeldwebel I couldn't identify a commercial rifle, they all look pretty much the same. A Remington? Looks very Remington, but the iron sights say it's not, and the gigantic magazine well hints it's a big caliber. .577, .600... something gigantic and made for use in Africa. @Requiem: It's an SMLE. Lack of a rear ladder sight and slab-side cocking piece say No. 1, lack of a magazine cutoff says #III*.

It does have rifling, unlike the models that came before it, so it is better, though rifling is not necessary to still be effective. And though it could be called a 'large caliber', possibly larger in diameter than .600, it is not mainly used for gigantic animals. How's that for a ********>

How's that for a ******** class="clear"> A mag-fed, bolt-action TWELVE GAUGE slug gun? Now that IS a ******** be honest, I'd bet that when all is said and done... that's a Remington 700 style action.

Requiem in Mortis Now to hopefully throw you off- name the underlying gun. A hacked up No1 Mk III with the grenade launcher attachment. Also, at first I thought it said 'Jew' not 'Jawa'. Would be a fun gun to shoot tennis balls out of.

OberFeldwebel Also, at first I thought it said 'Jew' not 'Jawa'. It's an ENFIELD, not a MAUSER.
