Isshuin looked over at Sam and revved up his bike. Over the roar of the bikes he said, "Hey Sam you look like you need a rally! C'mon, you, me, here to Montana. Last one there cleans the bikes, inside and out!" He revved up and peeled out, completely forgetting Nova. The bike roar dimmed as he got further away, then built up again like a crescendo as he raced back to the mess hall. He picked up nova and threw her and her bags onto the back of the bike. He put his goggles on and darted off again to a mountain road. He couldn't hear the Proud Roar so he stopped.

Sam Kicked the bike to life and let Bella on before going after Isshuin. Sam thought over what she had said and nodded to himself. Whatever was opening these portals wasn't just doing it for fun. It had a reason. Maybe he should stop mopeing and try to fix the problem he was in. And whoever built those damn portals could bring him back as well. Sam grabbed Bella's hand turned to look at her. "Thank you for what you have done. Even an Alpha needs to get another point of veiw on things one time or another." He put his hand back on the bike as he passed Isshuin with a grin. "Looks lik you will be cleaning these bikes!" Sam laughed as he sped by.

Nova laughed as she was scooped up by Isshuin and thrown onto the bike, he had forgotten her at first, which had made it all the funnier for her. She watched as Sam sped off infront of them "Better hurry up bud or you will be doing all the cleaning" She laughed as she flicked the back of his ear to make sure he was paying attention as she wrapped her arms around him to insure that she wouldn't go flying off the bike.

He blushed as she wrapped her arms around him. He twisted back hard on the handlebar and the bike darted off past the Proud Roar. He laughed and rode up the mountain roads quickly. He noticed a stream next to him and dug through his bag next to him, he pulled out a small bottle and leaned over to get water in it. He filled up in no time and opened a little door on the bike. He poured the water in and the bike's steam trail was getting thicker. The bike accelerated even more. For a one wheeled motor bike, this thing had speed

Sam knew he had no chance of winning against his speed, so he just trailed along. The would soon reach the little clearing where it would lead into a cave system he had heard about. It would lead them straight for the portal and would save them days of time.

He stopped at the clearing and peered over at Sam, "guess who's cleanin'. Haha! Erhem, now if you don't mind me asking, where are we?" He stared around and saw just rocks and holes and rocks and holes. This place had nothing to offer. It was barren and rather cold. It even made breathing a little harder. "Hey Sam, we aren't leaving the bike out here are we?"

Nova chuckled at Isshuin's reaction to her wrapping her arms around him but she held onto him until finally they stopped and she released him, looking around, to Isshuin it was just rocks and holes, to her she saw a cave, some dips, and other shapes in the rocks. She looked to sam "So, we going in the cave or just going around these rocks?" She asked as she tilted her head to the side a bit.

Sam stopped the bike and looked into the many enterences of the cave system. He just loved going through caves. Well pretty much any cave but these ones were special. They stretched on for miles and miles. Definetly beter than going around. "We are going through the caves to the Portal. Its the only way to get to the Portal that doesn't involve several weeks of hiking. And Im sorry Isshuin... we were going to have to let go of the bikes at one point in time anyway." Sam manuvered the bike to the bushes and cleverly hid the Proud Roar.

"o for the love of everthing good in this world. . . "she looked at the caves dreadfully and hugged herslef in the chill air. "Sa how long is this tunnel? like how many days?"

Isshuin looked at Sam then at the ground and studied it. He noticed the holes were all connected somehow and there was something beneath. "Hmm. i don't see where we're entering from but i have an idea." Isshuin hopped onto his bike again and opened the little hatch he put the water into. He used a knife in his backpack to unscrew the cover on it. He ripped out a small cylinder as black as night. He rubbed his hand along the surface and caught a handful of soot. Under the black was a shiny silver container. "Sam, I need yours too.", Isshuin said ripping the cylinder out of the Proud Roar. He bent over and cut off a strip of his pant sleeve. He wrapped it around the two cylinders and tied them together. Then he took the knife to his head and cut off a lock of hair. He poked a hole into one of the cylinders and plugged it with the hair and lined it with the black soot. Now he tore a few branches from a bush and used the knife to get to some thin strips of dry bark. He picked up a rock off the floor and used it and the knife to get a small fire going. He ran quickly back and forth getting stick to make the fire a little bigger. Now he grabbed a small branch and lit it. He left the stick in the fire as he ran to the deepest hole in the ground. He places the cylinders into it and ran back to the fire. He picked up the lit branch and threw it over at the hole. He ran back past the fire to Sam, Bella, and Nova. He grabbed them in his arms and tackled them to the ground with arms spread wide. After the shuffling there was a silence. A small fizzling could be heard. "BOOM!~" The pipe bomb exploded in a huge steam cloud. Suddenly a huge rumbling sound was heard. The ground around it had collapsed, making a hole big enough for the three to jump in side by side. Isshuin scooted along the edge of the gravel and grabbed everyone's bags. He threw them back over to the group and grabbed his own. He looked over and saw there already was an entrance. He scratched the back of his head and laughed nervously "Hehe...i made another entrance" ^_^;

Nova flinched as the pipe bomb went off and stared wide eyed at the new, large hole "You didn't see the other entrance?! how could you not see that cave entrance?! It's sitting there glaring you right in your face and you couldn't see it?!" she exclaimed as she hit Isshuin over the head "For a sailor you really arn't that observant!" She lectured him as she got up and walked around the new hole, though something perked her interest as she heard another rumbling and she looked down, she was about to run but it was too late, the ground beneith her feet suddenly caved in and she fell down into the hole, screaming as she fell, she knew she was too far away from her friends for any of them to have helped if they tried, even sam with his superior speed, all of this flashed in her head as she plummetted to unknown depths, it was pitch dark and she couldn't even see if the ground was coming, which eventually it did and she hit the ground roughly, knocking the breath out of her.

"NOVA! NO!" Isshuin jumped over to the hole and hopped down. He held his arms to his sides, significantly picking his speed up. He then saw hints of silver he knew as Nova's hair. He flew down faster and raced to her side. He stuck his arms out and almost grabbed her but it wasn't enough. Thoughts flooded his mind. "I can't help anyone. Im nothing but a burden. Here's another person i couldn't save. Just like her. Pointless, useless, idiot, drunk, scourge." Anger bled into his hear, filling him with rage. His mind went blank. A sudden orange flare, then a loud ear splitting roar. Hot winds shot up from the hole. Isshuin dived faster and grabbed Nova. He could see the floor below so he turned his back to the floor and slammed into it. Dust and debris flew everywhere, shooting up with the hot winds. The winds faded and all went blank.

Nova gasped as she felt something grab her, it held the sent of Isshuin but she couldn't fully tell, everything had happened so fast she didn't even realize what was happening until both of them hit, she didn't even know that he had taken the brunt of the blow, all she knew was that she felt warm, as if surrounded by hot air, but it soon left and all she felt was the darkness and something underneath her, she had no idea what it was, but as she took in a breath she scented him again, it was Isshuin. She tried to move but her body was still in shock from the fall and all she could do was lay there, staring up in shock, she thought she could see a small light somewhere in the cieling but she turned away from it, she refused to look to the light, in fear of what it was.

Isshiun woke, the shock of the blow had paralyzed him. He saw Nova looking around and could feel her fear. He heard a deep rumbling noise, he smelled dirt and water. He could smell everything around, even Sam and Bella up above. His senses were heightened for some reason now. More rocks made their way down and he could see them before it happened. He rolled to the far right, but the ground wasn't level. He bagan rolling with Nova in his arms, being scratched heavily now from the rocks. It wasn't hurting him because he couldn't feel his arms but he knew they were around Nova protecting her from the rocks. They rolled down a steep incline and fell into some sort of pond or pool or something. It was a small went puddle but it didn't smell like water....

Sam instently changed and grabbed Bella and dived down into the hole. However he went feet first and landed with a hushed thud. As his eyes adjusted, he listened for movement. He heard the rustling and moved toward the sound slowly, keeping a fair distance while also using his nose to find out if anyone was bleeding.
