It was still early days when Darragh arrived at the park. He had felt pretty bored already in Soleil, even though he just arrived here. But at least there were plenty of people to feed off when needed and the weather seemed quite nice so far. The feline had visited a place called Nightshade the day before, it had sounded promising but for a booming underground club, it had been pretty dead. Still there was hope, he would return another day, in the hopes to see a fight or two then. The vampire sighed a bit. It was a good thing though that he wasn't vulnerable to the sun as his liege had been, his demon blood protecting him from the vampire curse, as it meant that he was not stuck in a confined even more boring place.
The moment Darragh set foot in the park he looked around and stopped for a moment as he closed his eyes and piqued his ears. From the sounds he could tell there weren't many people about here yet. Perhaps because it was still early. It was a good thing to the feline though, he looked forward to a quiet walk without screaming children. The early fresh air was nice too. Darragh smiled a bit and walked further in as he looked at the trees. They seemed quite filled, though the weather hadn't been very warm lately. Not that the male minded. He followed the path all the way in, passed a playground and made his way to one of the park benches and sat down. From this venue he had a good view ahead and he liked the sight of the park.
With a calm smile, Darragh leaned back against the backrest and wrapped his arms under his head as he closed his eyes. Like this he could really hear very far away and he used this time to enjoy the sounds of the birds and the wind through the trees. He wasn't completely heartless after all. He was just picky who he spends his energy on. Besides after all those years with his liege he had learned not to get to attached. Perhaps though, now he was free, he could make more decisions for his own benefit and own happiness.
Grinning to himself, Francis had his arms folded behind his head as he entered Soleil Park. The feeling of the sun beaming down on his face felt nice, the weather outside beautiful for a day out. It was a bit muggy, but it could be a lot worse outside. He wasn't going to let it get him down.
Eyes gazing up at the blue sky, the blonde stopped to admire more of Soleil Park. The cherry blossom trees really brought out the beauty of the park, and the laughter and happy voices from the playground where children were enjoying themselves gave such a peaceful vibe to everything around them.
Pausing in his tracks, the man's eyes widened as he spotted two dogs playfully chasing after one another. He loved dogs, and was tempted to run over to the owners of the two pups and ask if he could pet them. But, trying not to let the thought destroy his good mood, Francis knew that it would be a worthless attempt. Dogs did not like him, most usually growled as soon as he got close or would run away.
"Ugh.." Groaning, his arms dropped to hang limply at his sides. He had tried to keep his mood cheerful, but already he was beginning to bum himself out. Kicking at a few pebbles, he pulled his gaze away from the dogs to return his attention to the trees.

Patrick carried Hiro over to their secluded spot in the park as usual instead of dropping off the books from the bookstore at home. Planned on staying out here until sunset before dinner time. Nice weather as usual and the quietness of their area. Aside from the chirping of birds and sifting and crunchiness of the fallen leaves that squirrels burying their food under. Breathing in and out the nostrils of his nose while reading to Hiro under a shade of a tree. He was thinking of sharing this spot with his new friend, Saeki that he met through blind dating this weekend.

Lin Jixue landed somewhere in the park's tree canopy before making her way down and through the trails so as to not seem too inconspicuous (as inconspicuous as she can be anyway, her old school mannerisms mixed with her youthful looks are often an unexpected combination and heterochromia tends to be a head turner on its own much more with the scars around her green eye), holding two tumblers filled with tea as she walked to the more populated area where early risers could be seen. The sky was threatening to pour but a little rain had never hurt her (then again neither have avalanches, typhoons or rains of arrows or at least she has not registered them as threats in a long time even if getting hit by such things were painful). As agreed upon with her blind date, she sits on one of the lower branches of a young tree, holding the cups, in wait.
'Now's a good time as any to test if the bottomless trait works...' The immortal thinks before calmly tilting both cups in front of her to about parallel to the ground watching the flow of the contents of the cups pour out with roughly the same volume and force no matter how long she held it up. Eventually a sizeable puddle of tea on the ground beneath the tree forms before it became indisputable that, yes, the enchantment did indeed work, the size of the puddle produced was way larger than the content of a cup that size should make and it was still flowing. Her gift works as intended; she'll just have to give a talk in regards to how it will work for removing the contents, cleaning and putting content. Satisfied, she sips from one cup and huddles the other towards herself with her elbow to keep it steady before bringing out her phone and messaging her blind date that she has arrived at the destination.

After he had settled everything at his home, Saeki had lost no time in getting himself to the park. He really enjoyed the other's company last time and he looked forward to spending more time together today. As well as to meet Hiro of course. Patrick sounded like he really loved the kitten a lot, that was a good sign. It meant they both loved animals. Even though Saeki had none yet of course considering he was never allowed by his parents before. But he kept Patrick's warning close to heart as well. To really consider if he had the time and will to spend on them, which wouldn't be a problem really, and how much a pet would turn his life around. The latter Saeki had no idea about yet, at least not in details but he didn't doubt that he would be a good owner.
Of course there also still was the question whether he wanted to go for a dog or cat. Saeki looked up from his thoughts when the environment around him changed and looking around he realized he had already reached the outskirts of the park. Saeki smiled and increased his pace a bit. He didn't want to end up making Patrick wait after all. He had only been to this park once so far but the paths were easy to follow and it didn't take him long to reach the center. Some children were playing already and the young man smiled a bit as he watched them before he walked to one of the unoccupied swings. He had glanced around the area and didn't see Patrick yet, so it looked like he was the first one here. Not that Saeki minded.
He didn't know what they would do today, so he hadn't really brought anything along. Saeki had briefly entertained the idea to bring some treats for Hiro from the pet store, but since he had yet to meet the legendary kitten, the male didn't even know what they liked or were allowed to have yet. He could always do so next time. Saeki sat down on one of the many swings and swayed it back and forth a bit before allowing it to move by itself calmly as he sat waiting for his friend patiently.
