I tried to imitate the effect on Gakere's front legs... I'm not sure it came out so well xd ; But it DID have the nice effect of looking like mist in dry grass ~ Visual reference: Image!Personality: Something like her mother, Isasa is a gossip - She wants to know all the dirt on everyone in the pride! Unlike her mother, though, she will somewhat openly do it. The lions she won't gossip about, though, are the Umholi. She'll freely talk about what she's heard on the Inslelo, or any of the Busisa, or anyone for that matter, but not the Umholi, past or present. Applying for: Gakere x Ulaka Name of SoA: Uthuli'Sathane Meaning: Dust devil, zulu. Gender: Female Appearance: Coat is in the tricolor style of of Gakere's. Upper coat color of #060601 (where Gakere is black). Middle coat color of #191407 (where Gakere would be gray). Underbelly/muzzle marking of #724b3b (where Gakere is white). Mane, tail tufts of #b19c77. Ulaka's eyes, inner ear color. The following markings in #f7efe0: dots on her middle coat (#191407) that follow the marking's contour, like Ulaka's, and markings that combine/hybridize those on Ulaka's brother's hip and Gakere's father's legs on her cheeks/face. As for her legs, a mix of Gakere's father's markings fading into something like Gakere's mother's tiger stripes in #060601. Visual reference: Nope, sorry. :< Personality: Very gullible, perhaps she listened to too much of her mother's gossip while she was in her formative stage. Being that she believes others readily, she's very trusting, and vulnerable to manipulation (though she'll wise up over her years, but it won't be completely eradicated). Despite this, she still managed to inherit her father's intelligent (and that will grow relative to her decreasing gullibility in her adulthood, though you'll never see it fully disappear). She wishes having the Umholi for a father made everything easier for her, but Gakere's expectations of his offspring means she's scrambling to please her parents and be worth something. She aspires to be a great Cinga some day, but she'll have to partner with a vulture, first. Talencia Applying for: Hanja x Leini Name of SoA: Sabor Meaning: none Gender: male Appearance: Father's base color. Father's tail and mane colors. Mother's family's type markings, done in white and father's toe colors, including a facial marking of some sort in white, with an irregularly shaped eye patch in the other color. White socks on his forelegs. A couple small dots/splatters near the patches of color. CC on how to actually distribute the color patches on the body. Colors should overlap once in a while. That said I really kind of bomb at trimmings and don't mind if you want to take the trimmings and add more awesome lines to it and be creative. When he's little he'll still rough house with his siblings and go on cub adventures but he'll be a bit of an old soul and a little more cautious about some things. He'll still be a bouncy playful cub like any other cub. As he ages his old soul ways will be more evident in his maturity and chivalry. When he's adult and fully matured he'll be very protective of those he really loves and cares about. Some times to a bit of a fault. I suppose he's very much lawful good. A kind hearted guardian. Applying for: Rekhet x Asali'kama Name of SoA: Kudhibiti Meaning: control, manage, defend, guard, protect, watch Gender: Male Appearance: See ref! =D Visual reference:  Personality: Sweet, but a little OCD ORGANIZATION OMG YESPLZ, meticulous, he feels the need to make sure he has ALL THE DETAILS of EVERYTHING up front before he'll agree to anything. AND THEN YOU MUST SIGN THIS CONTRACT. I imagine he was a gullible cub and got tricked a lot as a youngster, and thus eventually smartens up and learns to get all the details before getting involved with anything.... Wai that's a pretty flower! - He likes flowers. =| He will wear them like a manly man. Oh..OH NO ANTS! AAANTS IN THE FLOWERS! KILL THEM WITH FIRE. He hates bugs. I imagine some traumatic experience with a pinchy bug in his youth is the origin of this...which may or may not have to do with the tricks he endured... The beige parts should be a marble camo coloration. All of his gold is double trimmed - i'm not sure if you can tell on his ref. **IMPORTANT** I miss placed this on the ref >.< Forgive me. He has gold toe rings, EXACTLY like Grandpa's, complete with golden star and dot markings - on his BACK FEET. NOT THE FRONT. Visual reference: RefPersonality: Just as his name suggests, Miji is going to be a bit of a fun ruiner, and trouble maker. He doesn't believe in lies. [ This will like be a result of getting in BIG trouble as a cub by telling a lie ] He will be brutally honest, to a fault. If you ask him a question, you better be prepared for ANYTHING. Regardless of whether it is offensive or not he will tell you. He won't even realize he may have hurt your feelings. He's completely oblivious to these sorts of things. As he grows, he likely won't have many friends, due to 'tattle telling' on them and losing their trust. [ Ironic right? ] So he'll be a very solitary cub, spending the time to perfect his studies. You see ... Miji is actually a pretty big plant fanatic. He likes to raise his own, and learn everything he can about them. Later in life, this may serve him well in saving another's life, or even in his own, thanks to his knowledge. But growing up, its just going to get him weird looks. Applying for: Rekhet x Asali'KamaName of SoA: Akila Meaning: Egyptian for "Intelligent" Gender: Female Appearance: Black from her daddy's side as the main base. Grandmother's blue eyes, pink nose, and pink inner ears. Grandmother's pelt colour for the underbelly/muzzle and toe markings from her mother. Her forehead has a star marking from her grandfather, and her face features the gold glowing markings similar to her dad. Her legs feature her same gold markings found on her dad's legs minus the stars underneath (it didn't really come out on the ref, but I tried. xD). On her back there is the wing marking from her mother, but it has been adapted to look like the gold markings from daddy and Grandpa. (Again, I tried. xD) The wing marking extends down her back like her grandfather. The camo pattern is found on her two front legs and her back after the wing marking. The colours for the camo are shades of pink pulled from her mother and grandmother. Visual reference:  Personality: As her name suggests, Akila is a smart gal. She isn't prone to violence at all, and would rather spend her time listening to stories rather than rough-housing with her siblings. She is mostly sweet and friendly, but can get very annoyed if she's interrupted in the middle of trying to learn something. Very focused and easily prone to tunnel vision, Akila has a bad habit of blocking out the rest of the world when she's focused on something. If you need to get her attention when she's like that, you'll actually have to physically bump her in order to get her to snap out of it. The pride needs more historians, so I think that's the route I'll take with her. It fits with her personality and will be fun to RP for. 83 Any additional requirements that the family has: She will not be leaving the PL, and is certainly not evil.
