"Hi!" Hiro walked in from his long 'vacation' to bootcamp. He stood straight instead of his normal slouching posture and he seemed to have gained some weight. "Miss me?"

Today is rather different/awkward day for me as I just finally regained (Some as I have yet to fully get the hang of it..) control of my "Spirit" :energy. twisted
If you want to call my nuts you can go ******** yourself. = P
What I call Spirit energy is very similar to what buddhist's call "Chakra" the difference being spirit energy is the force of your spiritual energies rather then your life energies.
In other words Chakra is the energy of the body.
And Spiritual energy is the energy of the soul.
