Rumors and Plants (NightWerewolf here)

Eva thought for a moment and then nodded. "Yeah, we could. We could put it in the next room over since there's nothing really in it. I was think we could use it for a library or something be we already have a library upstairs. Well, sort of. We need books but a library none the less. But yeah we can put a den in. I think it would be really nice especially around Christmas time."

Alex grinned and hugged her tighter. "Good. I've always wanted a den." He nodded happily and then thought for a second. "We have a library?" He asked slightly confused. "I guess I never noticed it without the books."

Eva closed her eyes and was soon fall asleep. "Mmmhmm. Remember the first room we painted upstairs?" She asked him. "I designated that to be the library slash study room."

Alex nodded and rubbed her back gently. "Oh yeah, okay." He smiled softly. "The one with the desk right?" He asked her in a whisper.

"Mmhmm," Eva said in a whisper as she grew tired. The little girl began to run around in her head and Eva smiled as she rested her head in Alex's chest. His warmth made everything turn into a dream.

Alex watched her silently and kissed the top of her head. He smiled a bit and wrapped a nearby blanket around the two of them. "Good night love."

(Fast forwarding to the party.)
Eva woke up and smiled at Alex's sleeping face. Today was the finally the day where they would tell their parents they would be expecting. She softly hummed their song as he continued to sleep.

A soft smile appeared on his lips as he heard her hum. He moved slightly but staed asleep.

Eva continued to hum. She was resting her head on his chest while he lied on his back. His arm was acting like an anchor to keep the two of them together. Her head rested on his shoulder as she could listen to his heart beat. Eva still continued to hum their song as her eyes closed again. To her, life just couldn't get any better.

Alex woke up slowly to her humming and hugged her tightly as he too started to hum softly. He opened his eyes and smiled softly at his wife. He kissed the top of her head gently and ran a hand through her hair. "Morning beautiful." He whispered to her.

Eva looked at him and smiled. "Good morning to you too." Her stomach rumbled but she snuggled closer to Alex. "No, I don't want to get up. I'm too comfortable." She told her stomach. Her eyes suddenly went wide. "Oh that's right." She said as a thought occurred to her. "Our families are coming over in a few hours so that we can tell them the good news."
 

[NightWerewolf]

Alex nodded and chuckled when he heard her talking to her stomach. "It may be a good idea to eat. With us expecting and all." He smiled and laughed when her expression quickly changed. "Yup... I'm curious about what your brothers are going to say."

Eva sighed. "True. But I'm too comfortable to get out of bed and eat." She thought for a moment and then laughed. "They'll either hit you or congratulate you. But I'll make sure they don't hit you."

Alex chuckled. "Well I'm sure they knew it was going to happen eventually." He nodded. "And if you want I'll make you breakfast. Although I'm pretty sure you're comfortable because I'm here."

"Yeah, that one. I'm comfortable because you're here. But then again I am hungry." She sighed and kissed him quickly. "I'll make us some breakfast. Our baby needs to be fed and if she's going to be like me which I know she will, she won't give up until she gets what she wants." Eva got out of bed and started to walk to the kitchen.
