Then again, do you actually have to work with the customers, or do you get to stay away from them? Cause that's more exhausting than just working 12 hours.

The kitchen is an open kitchen so I have to socialize with the customers.

Not only that but I'm responsible for the front and back of the house.

4 hours is fine for me.

I actually worked Sunday with only one hour of sleep. It killed me, but I still got through the day.

I work about........70-80 hours a week and then go to school on the days I don't work for about 5 hours 3 days a week.

So technically I never have a full day off to myself and I'm ALWAYS in a kitchen.

Haha I never have time for myself! I'm about to go crazy from stress.

But it's what I get for choosing this profession.

I get depressed when I have so much time to myself so I think stress would be better for me.
But I could understand why you would want time to yourself. At least you enjoy your work. 3nodding
