After seeing Aden's initial move, I spoke to Ryan. "Yea...me too..." I said.
"Scyther! Fury Cutter!" he shouted.
"SCYYY!" The Scyther kicked off the ground and rushed right for the Nidoran, in a low hover it looked. Scythes out and ready to put a hurt on Nidoran. The Scyther then went to go strike down the Nidoran with one blow after another, attacks increasing in intensity...

Ryan sees Scyther going to work. "I think Aden may be coming back here. Unless he has something up his sleeve I'm not seeing." Ryan says to Blizz.

"Oh right, wings." Aden would make sure not to make that mistake again. But now he had worse to contend with. "Hey, get off! Nidoran, jab it and let out a Shock Wave!" He called.
Scyther's vicinity as Nidoran began to be struck repeatedly would prove to be a double-edged sword. It allowed him to try and jab the assailant mid-strike, loosing a quick burst of electricity immediately after.

Scyther's vicinity as Nidoran began to be struck repeatedly would prove to be a double-edged sword. It allowed him to try and jab the assailant mid-strike, loosing a quick burst of electricity immediately after. The electrical pulse repulsed the bug, making it stagger quite a bit. That wasn't enough to deter this bug completely however. "So you do have a few tricks hanging around with that Nidoran after all." Bugsy said. "Scyther! How about go after him with your Slash attack!" he shouted. "SCY!" With a loop around to build up speed, the Scyther came after the Nidoran with arms out wide then came down upon Nidoran. "God, is Bugsy out for blood, or what?" I asked Ryan.

Aden didn't give a command at first. For one, he needed the perfect shot. For another, he was a little stunned. Had he actually ticked Bugsy off that badly? He almost wondered if he was out to try and kill one of his Pokemon instead. If there were ever any questions as to why Bugsy kept to Scyther, they were gone now.
If he didn't do something soon, though, he feared that he might actually lose in more than one way. Something had to be done to this Scyther, now. "Nidoran, go for it! Poison Jab!"
This time, Nidoran got himself as low as he could. He didn't want to lose a limb to this axe-crazy bug or anything else, no more than Aden would want such a thing to occur. Remaining low as Scyther got close, he finally sprang up just enough to try and jab again.

Only to find out soon after that the Poison Jab hits its mark. It damaged the Scyther to be sure but... "No...way..." I said. Luck Aden needed. Luck Aden got. The Scyther started to look a bit on the sick side... "Oh no." Bugsy said. "I am not having it end like this. Scyther! X-Scissor!" Gathering up its strength the Scyther turned and came down upon the Nidoran in a X-shaped slash.

Nidoran wasn't quite so lucky there. He tried to get away, only for the harsh attack to hit and send him reeling. He was able to get up still, but it was a struggle.
Seeing that, Aden knew this battle was going to be cut short in some way. It was getting awful close, and he had an edge. But this time, he sought to go past the lucky break he achieved with Falkner. Even if that one had come too late.
"And I'm not having it end like that!" He retorted, before deciding to be a little more sinister. "Nidoran, if you can keep going, let's make this a little worse. Flatter!"
Commenting on a poisoned bug, especially one that seemed out for blood, was easier said. But with a compliment given towards whatever Scyther must do to keep those forearms sharp, Aden started to wonder if Nidoran was picking up more than he let on.

"Scyyyy?" The Scyther spoke.
"Oh no..." Bugsy said to himself. This is what he did not need. Not only a poisoned Scyther, but one that's in the midest of confusion to boot.
I had to hand it to Aden. If anything, he knows how to stack the statuses quite well. Something that even I may have to look out for later.
"Ugh, Scyther! Come on! Snap out of it! We can't afford this right now! Another Slash attack!" He shouted. The command...wasn't exactly going through...

Nidoran could see it too, even if he was worse for wear. Rushing at the dazed Scyther, he proceeded to start ramming into it repeatedly. See how it likes taking attack after attack.

As the Scyther is jabbed with Nidoran's horn, one right after another, it started to look rather dire for the Scyther. This was looking just down right awful. "Scyther! Hurry! Don't let that Nidoran get to you! X-Scissor!" With its vison blurring from the poison taking effect, and confusion keeping close grips on it, the Scizor did the best thing it only could do in a case like this...attack blind. It unleashed it's X-scissor, coming down with its scythe like arms.

Ryan watches intently. Bugsy was on his last leg. "Ever seen Bugsy this rattled? Even when I crushed him all those years ago, he didn't panic. Right now? he is way off his game." Ryan says to Blizz.

Nidoran's own blind assault led to his being hit, getting brought down hard. He struggled to get back up, glaring at Scyther before letting off a weak Shock Wave. However, he didn't look like he'd handle much more...
Aden didn't say much of anything at the moment, caught up in the sheer suspense of it all.
