You haven't!? eek Tim Burton is making it into a movie soon too. I think I heard Johnny Depp is starring. Yeah, sorry, I often forget that not everyone knows what the theater kids know lol. It's a funny yet disturbing musical really.
About a man who leaves his family to go make money or something... Anyway, the musical starts off with him returning home with nobody recognizing his face. Then an owner of a pie shop realizes who he is. She tells him his wife is dead and that his daughter was adopted by some guy. So the man vows revenge on the guy and the village for letting his wife die. He takes up the name "Sweeney Todd." The shop owner lends him the room upstairs to use as a barber shop.
After he kills some guy (because he realized who he was) they grind the meat up and put it into a meat pie. Since she has no meat for her pies, it's then that she comes up with an idea to use human meat for pies (This is made funny by the magic of song!). When people go to his barber shop, he kills them, the dead people go down a shoot to a room where the pie shop owner grinds the meat up and bakes them into pies.
Later he accidentally kills his daughter but he doesn't know who she is until afterward. Then he kills a crazy homeless woman who turns out to be his wife. The pie shop owner had lied because she wanted him for herself. He then kills her out of anger. But the pie shop owner's son witnesses the murder and kills Sweeney Todd. It's a sad, twisted tale in the end. Sorry if that was a lot to read sweatdrop

Lol when I heard about it I didn't want to see it, but I saw the college students (at the college where the competition is held) perform it last year. It's mostly funny because of the songs which make the situations funny. And the pie shop owner is hilarious. It's not until the end that you realize how disturbing it is ^-^ It's the songs that make me want to perform it.

Orielle That bear plushie sounds adorable, Ang3l! xd Indeed we are, Captain! I've never done much crafts before, but I'm getting pretty good. For my youngest sister I made a woolen purse, with a (not knitted, but the other thig you do with just one stick with a kind of hook on it... sweatdrop ) rose, and a matching knitted scarf. She looks adorable with it all on. whee Woah, 98 hours?? That sounds like... a lot... It's a good thing you like what you do at least! My policy with food is to try everything once. Which has lead me to eating many things so gross you wouldn't even imagine. But I've also gotten to try some food I really really like! I'm not a big fan of New Years resolution to be honest. No one ever takes them seriously, and so you break before January is over. But I do have some plans for the next year! I'll at least have to quit smoking, spend more time on art, learn how to snowboard, find something useful to do when school ends, and start appreciating my friends. If I can do that 2007 is going to be a pretty good year I think. xp And yesh, I got a tablet. heart But both of the two shops in Oslo that sell tablets were sold out, so I have to order online. Hopefully it will get here before New Year though. I'll probably get the Wacom Graphire4 tablet. Does anyone have any tips or warnings regarding that model..? Sounds like a full year a head of you. Snowboarding is AWESOME, my sister (Sky) is good at skiing which I can't do but we try and go at least once a year. I am still fairly new at it, so I can go really fast, stoppings the problem. My boyfriends mom keeps telling me that i need to quit smoking for new years but I think you have to mentally willing, and right now I am just not ready. I know what you are talking about (the hook thingie) I remember my grandmother using one, I would play with it mocking her movements and gestures. Just never stuck. I really like your new arts! Did you do them on the computer? Just the shading alone blows my mind! Great Job. ^__^ Do you live in the states, I know you are in school overseas.. but originally are you in the states?

I always used to go skiing and snowboarding with my family once a year, but for the past 2-3 years I've been too lazy. So I've forgotten most of it. But this year I live 20 minutes away from a great treck, and I am taking snowboarding as a subject at school. So hopefully I'll be decent at it at the end of the year.. whee
I don't have any motivation to quit smoking yet either.. But there's no way I'll be able to afford smoking as much as I do now for the rest of the year, so I don't have a choice.
Thanks, but all the new things I've uploaded are done in traditional media. Oils, charcoal and pencil to be exact. smile
Nope, I'm not American. I've been there once though. sweatdrop I'm Norwegian, and I'm studying there now too. But if I decide to go to university next year it'll probably be abroad.

Thanks for the sketch, Orielle.
And hey, I know Kazz. Oh wait, I think I'm the one who told her about the guild...Nevermind. xD
Ahh, I suck at skiing. I've ever tried snowboarding, but I'm sure that I would suck at that too. xD

I can just say that I really hate skiing. I had a bad experience with it that made me never want to go near slopes again, whether it's with skiing or with snowboarding.
