julia lay under her bed for quiet awhile. mabey i should get rid of it? she thought softly to herself. she rolled out from under the mattress and walked to the bathroom, she brushed her teeth and combed her hair. she walked down to her brothers room. she knocked softly. "come in!" takumi said cheerfully. julia rolled her eyes and walked in. his room was pitch black, there were bright green and purple lights on the walls. Takumi smiled, "so what brings you down here?" he asked, he was sitting at his desk drawing. "did you make that phone call?" she asked looking around his room. "yup sure did... do you need the phone?" he looked up from his drawing, "No.. i didnt ..." Julia said, she sat down next to him. "are you seriously going to keep that death book thing?" she asked looking at him.

Kuro recently spoke to Takumi in private. The Shinigami's words were still fresh in his mind...
He who uses the Death Note goes to neither Heaven or Hell. Instead, their soul is consumed by the Shinigami who owns the Death Note. That is the fate Julia has condemned herself to. You can choose to pass on this note to another and forget everything about it and those connected with it, or you can keep it, use it, and share Julia's fate. The decision is yours...

julia looked at her brother. "you want to keepit dont you?" she asked softly. "well i dont know.. does it really work?" he asked looking at her. "well how should i know?" she asked looking at him too. "mabey you should just get rid of it... tonight, while everyone is sleeping and stuff.." she said. she said it so her shinigami could hear her. she knew takumi couldnt see her shinigami unless she let him touch her death note. she sighed and stood up. "I will see you in the morning..." she turned and left the room. she layed down on the bed thinking about what she would remeber and what she wouldnt. she sighed again.

~Later that night~
Julia was sound asleep when her shinigami left the room. he had the death note in one hand and an apple inthe other. he sighed, "Bye Jay..." he said softly before leaving the room compleatly. julia rolled over on the bed, in her sleep she didnt relize how many memories she had just lost.

well i am sorry... i cant do anything about me leaving... julia told me to get rid of it... she told me a few days ago, if she said get rid of it, no matter the context, to get rid of th death note... i am sorry to ruin your little plan... riyku was standing directly over him. Julia woke up slowly. she got up and walked down the stairs. she walked out of the house, "excuse me... why are you talking to your self if the rain.. in front of my house?" she asked, holding up her hand to keep the rain out of her eyes.

julia walked down her drive way. "your not crazy... but i havent seen a black cat any where around here..." she asked looking up, he was taller than she was. "have we met?" she asked suddenly.

"You know, you do seem familiar." Kibai looked at her.
"Alright, you wanted to know why I was out here at your driveway.. Now why are you out here in the rain?"
