Why take vitamins just wrap up warm

Because vitamins prevent sickness and help you get over sickness. After all, you cant stop a cold by just wrapping up. At least not summer colds.

Most vitamins are just like 10% of what you think your getting

Sometimes when your sick orange juice helps a little more than vitamins do espically if your throats messed up. Trying to sweat it out is a pain. stare
