she laughed rolling her eyes, "of course you do. a hard core player arn't you?" she teased rolling her shoulders back to lean on the flat of her arms.

Piper scowled.
"Don't laugh. It's true." he said, keeping a straight face.

she shrugged, "player or gentleman as long as you treat me ok i'm not going anywhere." she replied simply. "immortal or mortal that don't change." she smiled knowing that in her heart she would be willing to take more damage from him than a normal human avasary.

Piper's face abrubtly went blank. He hesitantly wrapped his arms around Lillith.
"I would never do anything to hurt you. In any way." he promised.

she felt herself go limp, her cheek pressing against his cold granate neck. "I'm counting on that." she whispered.

Piper sighed, closing his eyes.
"You're so warm..." he muttered, stroking her hair.

she smiled, "well you're cold." she replied in a comfortable way. "you're lucky i like the cold." she laughed softly.

Piper laughed quietly.
"Well, I haven't felt this warm in a while. I like it. You're my little furnace." he said, kissing her nose.

she smiled. "well i'm quite happy with my air conditioner." she laughed.

Piper rolled his eyes.
"Just wait until it gets colder."

she gave a defeated crooked smile. "you do have me there." she sighed. "i guess it's a lot of blinkets for me." she smiled wider.

Piper smiled and kissed the top of her head.
"I'll buy you a parka." he promised.

she smiled, "i have an even warmer cloak at my house." she replied thinking that it was pry safe to go there now that the main treat was gone.

"Your house?" Piper asked, raising his eyebrows.

she tilted her head, "I do have a house you know. where do you think i ran from?" she asked remebering the high raised white building in the trees that was left to her. even her favorite room, the library, was open to wide windows and balconies trimmed in grey and blues. "should i bring you and Johanna there somtime?" she asked.
