[CLOSED] A.L.C.H.E.M.Y. Booth

This was probably going to be a disaster, because anything involving Rikki actually physically working with ingredients other than food was usually a disaster, but Rikki came to the booth and picked out two things are random. Fur, dark brown and soft, tickled his fingers, and he blinked at the small bowl of leaves. He honestly had no idea what to do with this stuff.

He crept up beside him, brushing the boil with his wing, and got out some brown fluff. A lot of brown fluff. Why bother with any other ingredients when he could just use brown fluff?

Senga decided to give the Alchemy thing one last try. He still wasn't sure he really wanted to, but it was run by a fellow Horseman...

And anyways, he had nothing better to do.

Rikki jumped at the sudden brush of wings against his skin and gave Yin a halfhearted glare. He honestly wasn't sure if it had even been on purpose or not, so he had nothing to make of the contact.

The sudden jump had made his dump something thick and red into his ingredients though. The substance oozed, not unlike blood, and he knew for certain he wouldn't be able to get that out if he tried. Shrugging and deciding to run with it, he put everything over a kind of burner and decided to let it fry a bit.

That... had been a less than stellar idea.

His nose scrunched up as the mixture started to smell downright rotten, and bubbled into a disgusting liquid not unlike vomit, and it was just all around gross. He couldn't stand to look at it for long and quickly dumped it over the plant. The poor, defenseless plant that probably wouldn't live long after such a treacherous attack.

Yin just grinned at Rikki and then poured out a bit of an oily substance, coating the bits of fluff, and then decided to put it in one of the heated boxes. The small dish was waiting for him, and he waited for it to heat.

The result was an odd curdish mixture, creamy looking, but he did not trust it. No one should probably touch this, so he went over and dumped it out onto the plants.

And then there was much pain and suffering because Senga had not been born talented in alchemy at all. Please excuse the mess. Watching as it turned into... well, something, Senga frowned and turned towards the plants.

Sorry plants, but Senga needs something to experiment on.

[Boozver]

One last attempt. One more - and that's all, decided Heidla. She weren't going to become a great alchemist anyway, but she also did lack patience, so one more try would to. She picked the red peppers again, and tried to mix them carefully with the bones and ashes.

The priestess added some more plant oil, and fried her concoction for a good 5 minutes. Never in her life she would be able to figure the correct time! The more Heidla looked into it, the more the alchemy reminded her of cooking, and that explained everything well, since the priestess was awful in cooking either.

Too bad: the result was stinky, and familiar. It was again some sort of Vaisel vomit, but this time she wasn't sure if that was her fault: a small famine vaisel was sneaking around the counter, could the smell of her potion be too much for a minipet to handle?

Yin wandered back to the alchemy booth, shelling out the money needed to play before getting out some brown fur and an atrocious smelling sand. What a mixture.

Yin quickly dumped the foul smelling sand into a tiny pan, adding in both the brown fluff and some of the oily mixture to give it some liquid before attempting to fry it. It actually came out fairly well, and he was pleased to see it turning into the curds that suggested it was not a complete failure. Still, it always seemed dangerous, and he knew his skills were not able to compare to an actual Alchemist's. He dumped the contents out onto one of the plants, bowed to the horseman, and went along his way.

Guyz, I'm going to close the booth in a couple of hours, so hurry up!

Senga found himself trying out alchemy again because it really couldn't hurt (unless you were those plants over there,) and he was running out of things to do before the night dwindled to a close. Sighing as he browsed ingredients, the young adult pumped his wings a few times in restless aggravation, Senga snatched things and went to throw them together and hopefully not cause anything to explode.

Knowing his luck though...

Senga dumped the ingredients together without much care.

It wasn't like War was very well-versed in alchemy after all. Jeez.

Snatching the end result up, Senga wasted no time in trotting over to the plants and dumping the concoction over them like rain. He'd lost patience in this game, and he was rather certain of his lack of talent in it too. Before the results could even be seen, Senga turned, nodded at the horseman, and stalked out.

Good job, Senga, good job.

[Horticulturalist]

Alchemy? Billy had vaguely heard of it. he decided to try it, and dropped some silver in the donation box. he stared at the tools and ingredients at a loss for a bit before deciding to pick randomly.

Well, those jars held fluff, fur, and some green leaves. he didn't really think this could make anything but went to try anyways. he figured dumping this blood looking stuff over it ll might make something happen. Well it did, but it was rather stinky. Actually stinky like what his plant at home liked. it was nicely mutated and carnivorous. these here looked plain and wimpy. he decided to dump it on them, in the hopes that they'd toughen-up.
