umm...im more into photo right know(the pencils hate me i pick one up and my mind goes blank @_@;; ) so what do you think of my photo i messed around with on the computer. the originall one was just the baby in black and white with a blank background. this is the bigger(way bigger) version of it to show a little more detail i guess http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=8fy2lcl&s=1this is a smaller version of the bigger one  im goin to scan a bunch of pics in later im just in my room lookin around on my walls(becase there LITERED with old drawings XD )

Kangaroo S.T.U. [Shimizu-chan] Bribble Really cute. And yeah, the guy is supposed to be leaning. Sorry I haven't been able to post. I'm on a visit to another country, so I won't be able to post for a long time. Oh, he is leaning? :O I feel that it looks like he's going to fall on her...try to make his body more natural, and less still. :3 what do you think are some good ways to make it look less still? Um... -thinks- Well, I think the his arms, neck, and upperbody seems all to straight...maybe if the arm was bent a little... It looks like he's putting most of his weight on his right leg... >x< Gah, I don't know how to explain it...! Sorries...:[

XD :3 If you weren't going for anything in particular and just playing with the filters and effects that's what I get from the image. Was there anything in particular you were going for?

Kaenai You should go to the HP website and download the driver for it again. Most likely there's an updated version. It shouldn't matter, but sometimes you might have to reinstall it. I actually have an HP psc 1210, and i've had to reinstall mine just last Friday. o:
okay... i've got this drawing that i just did, and i wonder what you guys think? i know the neck is all wonky in the back there, and a couple of other things went wrong that i can't identify (because i'm not looking at it right now) offhand...
what do you think? >.>;;
 The background is mighty spiffy! It might be just a smidgen too dark. The highest area of contrast is between all three of them were the darkest part of the background is surrounded by the characters. 3nodding High contrast often pulls the eye towards it. Maybe toning down the background just a little bit and uping the contrast on the figures themselves will make them pop into the foreground more 3nodding

Was there anything in particular you were going for? umm kind of...when i was little i would see things like spots, shadows, and stars and my color vision was messed up so i guess i was just going for kind of a last look at life thingy XD i dont know if that makes any sence XD but i was kind of oging to inocent with the stars but giving it a twist with the glowing shades(thats why some lines are white). sweatdrop

I like how you've got the shoulders and the hips turned X3 biggrin pretty sure you could push that pose more. If you haven't started to finish it already maybe play with that idea, or in another picture possibly. You've got a good thing going there. 3nodding the arm behind the body seems a tad long o.o I think it could be shortened a little bit. biggrin You've got some nice line weight going :3 it's going good so far do you have another iteration?

Kangaroo S.T.U. ooh I see that you're not afraid to draw hands in that one pic there XD 3nodding good good Keep drawing hands biggrin they are complex but with practice you'll have them down nicely For your lines I see you got a lot of jaggedness. X3 Don't be afraid to make long strokes instead of many short ones when drawing out a line. If it isn't what you wanted it to be, lay down another line. biggrin drawing lightly will help so you can make many light lines then darken the one you'd like to keep and erase the rest!
