Apparently episode 22 is the last of Clannad. Episode 23 is a summer special while episode 24 is a DVD-only OVA.

I updated the first post, and 23 will be airing on TV. But we have to wait 4 months for the final episode though, which is kinda crappy (just a stupid reason to make people buy the DVD's).
