my parents have never thretended me like that.
they'd love it if i stayed til i was 40 Mine are the same way. They've never threatened to kick me out, and they don't even make me pay rent. ...Is Impossible To Find Speaking of being kicked out...I know that my mom would never kick me out, and I know that she will love me... but DAMN I am still scared shitless of coming out to her. I think to avoid awkward-ness I'm going to come out after I move out. UGH but she is so clever, she is getting wise to my situation I think...

Yes, Im hoping that will minimize the drama factor... but my mom KNOWS that I have a significant other and am in love, she says things like "well arn't you just the happiest person in this house" and i can tell that she DESPERATELY wants me to tell her. I'm surprised at her patience... oh and her best friend in highschool was a lesbian so I'm also counting on that to be a non drama factor |

Eveosin HiverReine I hope they don't react like my parents. When I came out to them, they kicked me out that night and didn't even let me get any of my things. And when I asked about school they just laughed ( I went to a private school with a very pricey tuition) So I had to stay with some friends until I was able to enroll in another high school to get my degree. It was not fun. . . Holy crap gonk That's way intense, I can't believe they'd do that! Must be hardcore conservative or religious, eh? How are they now with everything? ...Is Impossible To Find
That's the irony of the situation, they aren't conservative or religious. My mom was always telling me to be accepting of others and all the crap. She was such a hypocrite. AND my older sister is gay and they're okay with it but when I told them I was too they freaked out on me. It was so unfair. Rawr. I haven't talked to them or seen them in over a year and I don't plan on changing it anytime soon.
The hardest part of it all was seeing the look on my little sister's face as my mom physically threw me out of the house. sad |
