Vetis nodded and looked at Eliza for a moment. He then stood up and slowly walked over to her and observed her face. He then looked back at Nix, "Is she gona die?" He looked back at her and lifted her hair a bit revealing white hair..or more so like silver hair. Then he grabbed her hand and showed him that her veins that were once normally light blue like everyone's..was no black. Rather gross looking. When he asked that...he sounded like a completely innocent child.
[ah yes i have to agree i like the rain when it doesn't ruin your plans lol]

"..." Nix remained silently as he stared toward the ceiling. The question disturbed him a bit, but he promised to answer any questions, "Although I'm not sure...I'd probably say she won't be around much longer if she continues to do whatever she's been up to. Whatever it is...it's putting a mighty strain on her body, powers, and her mind. She will die if it worsens..."
"She might live if she cut back on her activities or even if she just stops..but there's no proof that it would really help her," he allowed his body to twisted and swirl in the direction of Vetis and Eliza. She's not going to die for her duty...She's only killing herself over regrets and self-reliance. he thought.

Gray could feel the terror that his creation had made turn into one of the many pieces he needed to change the world and end the virus. "What I have left onto the world shall be its fated end. Salvation or Damnation..."
Dal landed upon a mountain, wielding his sword wildly as he slashed through the ice caps to create a devastating avalanche. "Dalcain is a blind spear, destined to be relieved from his master's hand to strike down one threatening soul, knowing no alliance to ye that is struck." He sheathed his sword and spoke of his heart "My future is within my hands. To become the greatest power in all the lands." The avalanche destroyed a demon-infested town below him. "Freeze!" The town was frozen into a solid block of ice that quickly evaporated like dry ice, leaving no one alive.

Vetis could still hear what others thought but said nothing. He simply sat down on the bed and gently poked Eliza's nose. Early in his life when the game had little humans in it and there was no real danger..when Nix was not even in he remembered how youthful and happy Eliza was. But as things worsen he saw the change in her and everyone else as more got sucked into the game. It was no longer a game, but another world where it was either die or fight to survive. Perhaps the fight in her died at last. Compared to the others she had been fighting far longer. Would others feel tired as well if they fought for so long?
Vetis sighed and looked over at Nix, "Maybe it would do her some good if she died..." He looked away and down at Eliza his eyes...for some reason became pitch black and he muttered to himself finishing his sentence, "of if i was to kill her now to end it all.." Slowly after that his hand reached out toward her.

"That would be cruelty nor generosity, Vetis," Nix said as he landed on the ground and looked at Vetis, "You'd be taking away her choice in doing so. Although it would pain her to live, it would hurt her more not to finish what she started."
"You both are just ali-" Nix paused his words as he felt another energy nearby and a smaller group of energies disappear. What was...That was about 13, no 14 kilometers from our current position...And although it wasn't the same as his, it felt similar... he thought as numeric codes flashed over his eyes Another offspring of Gray? Is it really?

Vetis clenched his head and pulled it back away from her neck. His eyes turned back and he shook his head. "Huh?" He said looking at Nix not sure what had happened since the moment his eyes went black he himself blacked out. He stood up and rubbed his head and he walked over to the window and peered out since he also felt what Nix had but other things had popped up that were far more important. He stood there lost in thought trying to figure out what had happed in the lapse of time where he was unconscious of his actions then back to conscious. But his attention was brought back as he heard Eliza mumble the unknown language she had spoken to him before.
"Ni eht shtped fo eht dnop sdloh eht hturt..." she mumbled and as quiet again her breathing much lighter than before.

"What did she say?" Nix said with a puzzled expression before he looked at Eliza, "Because it sounded like she was speaking in mirrored words."

Vetis shrugged, "Beats me..but you have a point..let me see.." He thought for a couple seconds. "Oh right..she said 'In the dpths of the pond holds the truth' ...what ever that means." He looked at Eliza and thought for a moment but came to no conclusion.

"Pond...Maybe she meant an actual pond or just a figurative one....Sorry, I'm drawing a blank," Nix answered bluntly, "I've seen as many ponds as I've destroyed monsters in the past."

Vetis had ceased to hear Nix as he talked to himself not sure if Nix could hear or not. "Pond...perhaps its the pond that was surrounded by them after that visit she did start talking all weird..but what does that have to do with truth..and what does truth have to do with anything?"
Once more Eliza mumbled something, "Ot kees efil uoy tsum kees htaed..dna ot tcetorp efil uoy tsum tcetorp htaed dna ylgnilliw evig htaed ruoy efil.." This time instead of staying quiet she slowly stared to wake.
Vetis translated for Nix again and now was a bit more confused.
[To seek life you must seek death..and to protect life you must protect death and willingly give death your life.."

"...That doesn't make sense to someone whose died before...but if she says it, it must be right..." Nix let out a quiet laugh before blinking and walking closer to Eliza, "I guess I should do it this time...Tell me where to go and Vetis will stay here to protect you...And to keep you from doing something stupid."
Nix did a side stare as he thought Although my actions are irrational as well, we need to protect her and help her do this.

Before Nix had even finished saying what it was he was saying out loud, Eliza reached out, grabbed his shirt and pulled him closer to her as her other hand clasped over his mouth. She glanced over at the window and with what energy she had made them disappear along with the door. "Shh.." she looked at Nix her lips close to his ear.
Vetis was surprised how everything happened so fast but stayed quiet since she shushed Nix. What was it that made her do so?
Once about a minute passed she moved her hand away from Nix's mouth but did not release him, "Od uoy llits evah eht gge?" She had said it slowly so that he could understand.

"Yeah," he said with a smirk resembling Lorenos's signature smirk, and angle his chain tail in a way to let Eliza see it was being kept safe, "My tail is protecting it from outside forces for the moment."

Eliza let him go and sat up straight and sighed. She stood up and stretched a bit feeling just a bit better. "Keep your voices down okay..we have unwanted visitors outside..." She smirked as she spoke in a low voice. Eliza had used most of the energy she had regained form the sleep to hide the cottage as well as to hide the power they all gave off.
"Well..thats you egg not mine..I simply came to deliver it to you.." She stood in between Vetis and Nix. She looked at Nix her eyes showing exhaustion and how little life she had in them.

"Alright, but I'm not letting you go anywhere in your condition. Get back in bed until you recover what you've just burned away," Nix stared at her with a serious expression.
