What she really wanted to ask was why he had a bunch of bloody knives and spiked coffins in that old room but she didn't.

he looked at her warily for a moment. "that is not your business to know, at least not yet" he snapped his fingers and a dozen ipms appeared from nowhere. "it is that you did appear in my woods unannounced, and as much as my men would rather kill you i on the other hand think it best if we rest. you will be staying in a room in my tower, its very nice. it has everything you need food, warm beds" his eyes fell on vasily. "alcohol" with that he turned and started to walk from the room. he had gone no more than three steps before simply vanishing.

Night frowned and couldn't shake the feeling of being trapped. She caught Vasilys eye and made a question mark look.
"What do you think about all of this?"

"im not quite sure i.." he fell silent noticing how close one of the imps was standing. "talk later" he softly said as one of the imps led them along the rest standing and walking behinds them. they walked passing countless rooms and making what seemed like hundreds of turns. they finally arrived and the imps stood around them waiting for them to go in.

She got into the room and looked varily around her. When she was sure that the imps had left her alone she turned to Vasily.
"I wonder why he gave us a shelter..."

he didnt hear her at first he was testing the warm soft beds.
"wha oh....i dont know...its weird...what were you muttering to me earlier
some kind of killing room or someething i didnt understand you." he laid there with a serious look on his face as he lay on the bed with his eyes closed.

She walked towards the bed and sat on it next to him.
"I went to this room, it's door was open. It had all kinds of weird devices in it, all of them were covered in fresh blood"
She talked in a low voice.

he looked at her his eyes shooting open in horror. "im not entirely sure but something dosent seem right about this guy, hes not stable theres just something off about him, like hes hiding something".

Night looked at the bed briefly with a longing. However her own distression took a hold of her.
"I don't know if we should sleep...We could get killed in our beds"

he looked at her nodding. "your right" he looked around jumping off the bed. "we need to sleep but uhh.....ive got it well take shifts you go ahead and sleep and ill stay up makig sure everythig is fine."

Night took off her shoes and socks and curled up between the blankets.
She closed her eyes soon and breathed more slowly.

"ok" he said watching her nodding off. he sat huffily on the cold floor his arms wrapped around his knees. he kept looking around trying to watch everything at once. it was weird out of the corner of his eye every few moments he thought he saw something, but every time he turned to look nothing was there. "its just my mind playing tricks im too stressed." he got up and rememberd the bar. he walked over and poured himself a drink sipping it slowly.

"That's not wise, you know! You shouldn't drink or eat anything he offers"

he looked at her a bit stunned then looked at the bed. "i thought you were asleep..." he said looking rather shocked, then looking at his glass he realised what she said and sat down. "your right.....wasnt really very smart of me was it...." he said smiling shakily at her.
