Personality:
Durian is a serene spirit. Since cubhood, he was fascinated with the sky, the birds, and the clouds high above. He would lose himself for hours just watching the shapes within the clouds. He knew very little of his lineage and his mother refused to speak of it. He was much larger than most lions his age and on occasion while cloud-watching, he would find shapes within the heavenly bodies that held special meaning to him. He'd see flashes of events that hadn't yet transpired, only to watch them come to pass days to weeks later on. For the most part, he kept his cloud watching to himself, but as he grew older and his brother began a family of his own, he spotted an especially troublesome sight in the heavens. A dark cloud rose out of the mouth of the earth spewing flames and sending forth dark figures that would devour all in their path. A single figure with a golden mark similar to his own stood against the darkness. Certain that this was a terrible omen, he tried to convince his pride of the coming danger. When his warning fell on deaf ears, Durian made a decision to set out in search of the hero from his vision. He returned when his mane had grown to its full length only to find his pride devastated and the remains of his family picked clean by poachers and their pride's land over-grown. He blames himself for leaving his pride and had taken to a life of travel and solitude.
Plots?
• Durian is very special to me so I'll be wanting a lot of plots for this boy!
• Durian is a member of the new Mistweavers. He will not be leaving.
• Durian has a mate! Please don't offer.
• BIRDS. Durian loves birds, he adores birds. So if you have an avian that needs a friend, he'd be more than happy to oblige.
