Currently making an overbust corset. Thought it would be easy, but boy was I wrong >.>
Thank god for my amazing seamstress of a mother, or I'd be hopelessly confused <3

I've always wanted to try making a corset, but the amount of things you would have to do to make one always scare me. Let us know how it turns out. smile

This is the costume I made my sister for the Renaissance festival near us.
The bodice coat I did from draping/patterning thru construction. The pants are an alteration of a pants process created by a friend, and the shirt is a commercial pattern that I altered the sleeves on.

I'm working on knitting a doctor who scarf and a hat for my dad, a scarf for my mom, and I'm planning on making a Rocky Horror Picture Show inspired scarf for my sister.

Aranka Taine: Thank you. My sister really loved it. She's a bit difficult to fit, so we were both really happy with how well it turned out.

enchantress462: What will the Rocky Horror scarf look like?

Currently am working on a big turtle pillow for my friend's birthday. It's moving along pretty well, due to how simple the pattern is. It helps to have my sewing machine up and running again. ^^;

I plan to start making Yoshi Egg plushies soon. I just think the eggs are so cute. I'm also considering making an egg purse/bag, too. It would be cute and fairly simple, I should think.

crochet - rainbow dalek, still
knit - red ribbed scarf, variegated blue washcloth, and light pink faerie skirt
embroidery - needlepoint pillow with pretty blue and purple flowers
sewing - hemming a slip that I stitched to the inside of my pretty schoolgirl skirt. I bought it at a thrift shop. Someone had made it, and it's very cute but was very itchy to wear without hose, so I took an old satin slip I never wear and attached it to the waist, but it was way too long, so I had to cut off quite a bit and hem it. Not sure if I'll re-attach the lace or not.

I'm currently perfecting a pattern for a plush dragon. So far it's coming out nicely, but it still needs work.

I would be very, VERY interested to see how that comes out. I'm trying to picture it in my head, and every time, I wind up laughing too hard at the thought of a "rainbow Dalek" to get very far. (Assuming you are reffering to a "Doctor Who" Dalek?)
