As much as I hate them, an "say you were invited by xxxx and get a raffle ticket" sort of thing. We could even say they get an additional for them and their friend if they both apply .

I mean... we're trying to give them gold by giving them gold.

Still though I grabbed 3 at 19k, so meh.
