I think Phoenix Wright is a meme, too, since there are a lot of parodies of that infamous stance he does whenever he screams "OBJECTION!" There was even this one animated picture that I saw a year ago where Haruhi Suzumiya once copied off Phoenix's OBJECTION stance.
