A satisfied smirk slipped onto the man's face once he saw the surprise and slight fright on Yusuke's face. Like Rose he too landed on his feet, but had no need to crouch. Extending a hand in the most gentlemanly manner the fox assisted Rose to her feet and escorted her out of the closet on his arm. It was quite obvious that the two held a strong connection, though that had only been formed in hours.
Just as the man was about to say something Jaime came running over. "Rose! Its time for us to be going to bed, or else Genkai will flip. Come on!" Before Rose was whisked away Kurama laid another gentle kiss on her lips, it was obvious that the others had figured it out, but was forced away when Jaime drug her away.
After dragging Rose away, making sure they were the first ones to the bunks, Jaime squealed. "Rose! Kurama just KISSED you! I'm so happy for you." Her voice was high pitched and obviously energized as she swooned. However, as she talked, she slipped under her covers, ready for sleep. "You and I will hang out some tomorrow - we absolutely have to!" At that the boys walked in, all slipping under covers and being careful not to wake the sleeping Hiei, who had been previously transported there by Genkai. Sleep soon overtook the group.
{Time Skip For This Set - Sorry About The Slight God-Mod-Ism}
Ryuu's words fell on not deaf ears, but a hollowed mind. Almost painedly the girl forced herself to her feet, not looking at the man in front of her. She shouldn't be feeling this - she didn't even understand what was happened. "I'm sorry to have bothered you, Master Ryuu." Her voice was curt and quick as she made her first couple of steps, sidestepping the demon. Maybe if she got to her room she could lock herself away and get her mind back in place. Then again, maybe she needed to run...or perhaps not.

As the glowing glory of the sunrise struck Jaime's eyes she was immediately fluttering above her bed. It was going to be a glorious day, especially since she had a new training partner. Gently shaking the feline by her shoulder Jaime couldn't contain her excitement. "Rose! Wake up! We need to make breakfast and then we'll train and practice and learn and tan and talk and giggle and and..." The winged demon finally had to stop when she ran out of breath and, as she peered around the room, she was almost disappointed to see Kurama wasn't around.
Tenma glided by Ryuu, not sure what to make of everything. She felt like a burden but she also felt a burden on herself. What was this? As soon as she was out of sight she hit a path, one that had been scarred into the flourishing forest by the pounding of her feet as she sped along, and sped off to clear her head. First was her encounter with her stanger, Hiei, who she had only seen that morning. Then there was the arrival of a new Master, which threw off her energies enough. Finally there were these strange emotions swirling about inside of her. She would have to read more books to search for understanding.
Green blurs finally faded from her vision as her mind tunneled everything around her. Before long she was confronted with monochrome fussions between black and brown. It was a rock face that not even the boldest attempted to climb without assistance. This was made of a special substance and moulded energy wouldn't allow you to grip the surface. It was perilous if not a death wish. Her mind saw her climbing higher and higher, away, but her feet stopped and she simply sat with her back to the wall, her head leaning against its coarse surface. Somehow she would understand.

By the time Rose had finished readying herself Jaime was prepared to start the day. Dressed in typical Western fashion the winged woman led the to the kitchen in order to, as they had the day before, prepare breakfast. "Alright," Jaime had began to slip on her light pink apron and put down cooking utensils by the time she began to talk. "I assume today Genkai is just going to throw you in the mix with the rest of us. The women, hehe I love being able to say women, make breakfast for the boys because they have to pull out all of the training equipment in the mornings. After we all go on this aweful run and the faster you go the more weights Genkai attatches to you next time. Now, if you have wings you have to run half and fly half; then again, I supposed that doesn't apply to you. After that we do these wierd drills and spar, then the sunsets and we meditate. That is pretty much our day." Once Jaime got to her conclusion there was popping and sizzling and fry as the two cooked. "In theory, this will be like everyday. Genkai doesn't like to change things up too much.
Kurama, Yusuke, and Kuwabara all sped through the forest; Hiei was nowhere to be found. Normally they would be setting up the arena, which was far more difficult than Jaime gave them credit for, but that morning came with an unexpected surprise. The sound of a fight had called them deep into the forest and they arrived in time to see a female kitsune get pummelled. Now she was unconcious in his arms as they approached the complex. No sooner as they rushed through the door did Kuwabara break off to the kitchen to find the girls and Yusuke to find Genkai in the temple.
Upon entering the infirmatory Kurama began healing the woman with a few of his plants that had medicinal properties.
Rushing in through the door of the kitchen Kuwabara paused, doubling over to catch his breath. "Jaime...Rose..." His words came in his gasps for breath. "We...found a...woman in the forest...I think she needs help...Kurama has her in the...infirmatory." Listening to Jaime's clattering plates allowed him to sink down until the woman grabbed hiim by the arm, apparently she also had Rose by the hand, and drug them off down the wing.

With glowing hands Genkai worked over the kitsune female. It seemed odd, almost as if something didn't make sense, about this girl; but that would have to wait for later. As her frown and her eyes never left the newcomer, the elder began to address her wards. "Rose, Jaime, finish cooking breakfast. The rest of you, set up the arena for training. Regardless of this little interuption we will train." Her voice was firm, uncontestible.
A gentle touch on Rose's shoulder and a smile was all Jaime could offer as the two left for the kitchen, leaving the men to their tasks. "I can't believe what's going on..." Her voice was dry, vacant of its previous fiery bubble, and quiet.
Before Jaime had sheparded her off, Kurama gave Rose's shoulders a slight gentle squeeze so she would know he wasn't ignoring her. Once she was gone, wihtout addressing Genkai, he left with his fellow males to set up the practice arena.
Once her eyes began to flutter open she felt the brush of a leaf against her eyelashes. A slight smirk slipped onto her lips as she recalled how ridiculous she was acting. These "feelings" could all be explained through the oddly stress-filled days she had been having recently. She had overloaded, was all. Sitting up, the cool stone pressed against her back, the girl looked around and nothing seemed to change.
After standing the woman quickly returned home, acknowledging the others' presense with a nod as she stole away to her library. It was time for one of her favorite plays. Though she had never heard the music for it, and she had never dared play it for fear of destroying the perfection, she loved to read it. "The Phantom of the Opera" it was called, and she found an odd attraction to it. As her slender hand gently grasped the literature she curled her legs under her in her favorite chair. Relaxation and familiarity was what she needed.
