Krystallos is a steady pillar for those troubled by life. He is a steadfast friend and loyal companion. Mellow, calm, and confident the stallion provides a sphere of serenity for those who are a bit more high strung.

~History~

An injured mer washed ashore after she'd been trapped in a discarded fishing net and dashed against some rocks. Trapped, she lay drying out in the sun until an unlikely savior arrived. Ivlia, a uni-kelpie cross, found the injured mer Cirelondiel, and nursed her back to health. While convalescing, Cirelondiel had a fling with with the stallion. Two shells resulted, Krystallos and his sister Earyende.

Ivlia stayed around for a time, then for some unknown reason to the mers, he struck inland and they never saw him again. Cirelondiel tried to raise the young, obviously close, siblings as best she could, but it was hard on her. As they neared adulthood, their mother swam away and never returned. They haven't heard anything from or about her since.

Krystallos promised his sister that he would always be there for her, no matter what.
