Tails stiffened. He hadn't told Tristen the real story surrounding his origins. "Well, um. He's a scientist. And he does bad things. Like mess with the chi and DNA of Pokemon. Making them hybrids like a Jolteon, Vaporeon and Flareon."
A pause.
"Or a humanoid."

"Buddy, there are evils in this world worse than what you had once experienced. Sad to say, as good as the world tends to be, there's always that idiot that tends to screw it up for the rest of us." I said.

"I dun think I like the sound of this guy..." Ceramew spoke up. She wasn't too far away, having noticed the familiar presences earlier. "He actually sounds like someone that'd have worked what what made me like this even more than I already was. Probably not, though."

I perked up and looked back. "Ceramew?" I spoke up. "Well, thats a face I hadn't seen in some time, even before this whole thing occurred. I take it that you got the Rangers fixed up for the moment or...?" I asked.
Tristen stared at Tails in confusion. "Huh?" It finally dawned on him. "Tails, I thought you. Uh." He rubbed the back of his head.

"Yeah, you were feeling pretty bad. I didn't want to lay something like -this- on you," Tails said. When Ceramew came along, he looked up and waved. "Hi, Ceramew. This is...um."
Finally he realized he'd been sitting on Tristen. He sat up, and gestured to him. "This is Tristen."

"They hardly even exist." She answered, a little flatly. "They were already really shaky with all the corruption, so when Albedo came out of the picture, they fell apart completely. Haven't had a lot of luck in finding anyone that might still be around, so I can't do anything to help reform it right now anyway. I finally stopped trying with the recent stuff going on." With that explanation aside, she looked to Tristen and waved.
"Um... why are you two here? And who's Tristen?"

Finally he realized he'd been sitting on Tristen. He sat up, and gestured to him. "This is Tristen." So Tails all this time was really a Pokemon from the wild that was probably taken from his home. It was something that he could relate to. He couldn't help but to sympathize. That thought was then shoved to the back of his mind when he was looking around to see who he was introduced to, only to stare in confusion at. A floating. Green. Thing? "Um. Hi?" Tristen spoke up.

I said to her. "We figured that it was related to the storm in Cherrygrove we heard about and came up here for more information to see if there was any relation, and we pretty much picked up more than we bargained for. And just to show that we were pretty much serious in OUR claim in the matter..." I pointed over towards the still frozen peons and the trashed device near the entrance.

Instead of floating green oddity, there would be the issue of oddity with ears and a tail that resembled a cat. She found herself twitching a little at learning what caused their arrival. "They tried another town!?" A quick scan of the object and peoncicles was enough to prove it. "This is a nightmare... first Cherrygrove gets flooded, then a few people die for a Regirock to be awakened, then we nearly die to that before it ran out of power, then this. Maybe I should keep trying to work on fixing the Union sometime..."Floating to the device, she picked up a couple of pieces. "But I can't let this sit either."

I know that much from what's been going on." "Pretty much." I said to him. "Which reminds me. I need to make a call or something. I think I need to let teacher now know." I said, getting up and walking off. "Son of a...how the hell do I end up getting wrapped up in these things?" I asked myself as I walked off. Freth looked back then looked down at the chair, which arm she was sitting on. "Mine now." she said as she slipped down into the chair in my spot.
