It shouldn't matter if a soquili has a breeding agreement if they participate in the mixers; it just means that whenever they're not in a breeding cooldown period, they can continue to make breeding attempts with whomever they have permission with. (though if this is a soquili that's actively trying in raffles with someone, it's generally polite to at least talk to the breeding partner about it).
The only real problem is if they're lifemated to someone.
