To ensure a stable connection, both Sending and Receiving Transmissions need to operate at stable frequency levels. Otherwise some connectivity won't work. Richard said to the Narrator
Narrator: Agreed. Sometimes, the Cost of Repairs can be tough as finding something that works can be hard because sometimes, they sell out quickly. Its been around Mid November when things start to improve on the Transmission Repairs to some extent and hopefully that these repairs won't be pushed too hard like the Intel Internal Network Transmission so as not to use VPN as a patch. The Narrator said to Athena's mother
I see, how's your frequency today? I hope all is working well, and I understand, thanks for explaining biggrin thinks Aphrodite

*Segment: Command & Conquer DOS 1995 Preview* Narrator: Here's a DOS Preview from 1995 of a game that we've all heard of during the Mid 1990s. Command & Conquer, which improves on Dune 2.
Command & Conquer takes place in the 1990s where a Meteorite falls to Earth where it spawns Green Kryptonite Like Crystals on the Planet in over 200 Areas which leads to 2 different perspectives. The First being Peacekeeping UN Squadron while the other is a Secret Society that goes to great lengths and resorts to activism to achieve Unification, but they're rival factions who are attempting control the Green Kryptonite Like Crystal Deposits.
The Green Kryptonite Like Crystals however, are filled with Dangerous Chemical Radiation that can mutate anyone into more Green Kryptonite Like Substances which is presented as Health Damage In Game for Biological Units while Vehicles should have no problem with it. Worse still, if the Green Kryptonite Like Crystals are left unchecked, they would consume the planet. But like Dune 2's Spice, "He who controls the Green Kryptonite Like Crystals, Controls the World."
Other than that, the game came on 2 CDs as it was a Big Game back then measuring at 1.1GB. I got as far as Stage 6 in the DOS Version but I was not stealthy as the Commando Unit can take down any biological unit and blow up any enemy building. I like the Engineers the most as they can be used to steal enemy buildings which can be tricky in an Online game where another player either sees the engineer and either disposes of him or sells off his/her building before it gets stolen. The Narrator said to Athena's mother
That looks fun, winter sports game *smiles* thinks Aphrodite , so Prince Richard, are you thinking of passing a nice Christmas with my daughter? heart

*Segment: Heroes of Might & Magic 1994-1995 DOS Preview* Narrator: Here's a DOS Preview from 1994 & 1995's Heroes of Might and Magic. The Narrator said to Athena's mother
You mean a Christmas Outfit for Athena to wear in the IC when we get to the winter seasons? Sounds like a great idea.
TV: Installation Complete.
What was that?
Narrator: Oh, that was my TV Repairs that I completed a little while ago. The Narrator said to Athena's mother as he looked at the Repair instructions. = "To ensure your console runs even when your Smart TV is off, go into the Settings Menu and disable the HDMI Device Link"
Lol yes that, and much more during Christmas, *smiles* what a great time biggrin thinks yes , you have to disconnect the cable right, I know, HDMI is good though, lap top to tv? or PC to TV, silly me lol

*Segment: ToonStruck 1996 DOS Preview* Narrator: I know the Smart TVs sound complicated but It'll take some time to getting used to. Since 1988's Who Framed Roger Rabbit, it shows that Cartoon are liked by Kids and Adults such as the Nicktoon, Ren & Stimpy. Speaking of which, there's an Electronic Arts Adventure Game for DOS in 1996 Preview, ToonStruck.
Its a game where where an animator is thrown into a ToonTown World under siege and the goal of the Game is to save the ToonTown World and Return to the Real World and its Cartoon World is populated by Cartoon characters as the game has very famous voices you may find in Cartoon Shows such as Tim Curry, Tress McNeile and more.
While it was going to be a 3 CD-ROM game that uses Live Action & Animation Processing, its Final Version turned out to be a 2 CD-ROM Game. The Narrator said to Athena's mother
Sounds like ToonStuck's Target Audience is confusing as it took $8 Million for EA to make. However, the game has its own VESA 2.0 Standard Video Test in the Installer.
Narrator: Some DOS Games in the Mid to Late 1990's are like that which contains a VESA 2.0 Video Setup in either the Sound Setup, Installer or in most to some cases, Both of them. The Narrator said to Athena's mother
Guess the Narrator will be busy with setting up and playing Toonstruck, alright , thanks for telling us =) thinks Aphrodite

*Segment: Outpost Windows 1994 Preview* Narrator: Here's a hard game that I didn't get, Outpost 1 from the 1994 Windows Preview. However, I had Divided Destiny instead as I couldn't understand the Campaign Mode as the Start since it was a more of an Advanced Strategy Game. The Narrator said to Athena's mother
I bet the first two levels of the Campaign in that game were hard being the first stage of each perspective. Richard said to Athena
*Segment: Wing Commander 4 Windows 1996 Preview* Narrator: Here's the Second to Last Wing Commander Game from Electronic Arts being the 1996 Windows Preview of Wing Commander 4 which aren't as simple as they are in Wing Commanders 1-3.
Wing Commander games have branching paths which will effect the ending of the story where messing up an Escort Level is not going to end well. The Narrator said to Athena's mother
Outpost, does sound like a hard game 3nodding ah advanced strategy, alright ^^ I see the stages were difficult, too bad .. thinks Aphrodite

[Player's Room] *Segment: Edmark Previews CD-ROM 1996 Part 1*
Narrator: Next up is the Edmark CD-ROM Previews from 1996. Starting with 2 Mighty Math Kindergarten to Second Grade. But first a quick history lesson, back then any software considered Edutainment did not have a lot in Retailers for Home Versions but sold a lot to Schools under Licensing and Multiple Computers.
Instead of a Single Product that went for $30 to $40 or more, you have a Single Installer Package along with Licenses to use on a set number of Computers such as 25 you would find in a Computer Classroom to name an example which cost about $20 Per Computer in a Computer Classroom which would lead to $500 for one installer by itself for profit. But the Edutainment Era for PCs was measured differently from the 1980s to Mid 2000s besides home users where the popularity came from Schools learning about the Educational Software from other Schools, Conferences, Vendors or Conventions held to promote this kind of Education.
However, this was a Competitive Industry as the Thinkin Things Trilogy was one instance but to make this a reality, Edmark went Public and for 4 years they did well until IBM purchased them outright as IBM planned to expand into other ventures but failed to grasp the Edutainment side of things and sold off Edmark to Riverdeep which was also the final nail in The Learning Company and Broderbund's Coffins.
Anyway, first up is the Mighty Math Series which contains... = Carnival Countdown = Zoo Zillions = Number Heroes = Calculating Crew and = Cosmic Geography In Carnival Countdown & Zoo Zillions, its centered on Kindergarten to Second Grade with a Fairgrounds Theme while Number Heroes & Calculating Crew being centered on 3rd to 6th Grade with a Superhero Comic Book Theme.
Mighty Math sounds amazing. Anywho, the First 4 Mighty Math Games look rare nowadays & they seem hard to find these days. Richard said to Athena's mother
