How can I lure link to trek across the galaxy...
I really want some storyline action, but besides talking about test runs, the only other thing I can do is kill people.

Once a clue about your weapon experiments crosses his path, a clue that links strongly back to you, he'll probably see about stopping it.

Well, the plague of Sullust should be more than adept to draw your attention.
But you have to remember Ferno only leaves two noticable marks, if any. Either a medallion, or a towering inferno which is notable of being his own.
He's a master at fire.

Smoke and mirrors, my boy, smoke and mirrors.
And the easiest way to get smoke is make fire. Or mix brake fluid and clorox. But fire can be offensive as well.
I have to wait for my projects to develop. My plague requires four months, my delta wave generator at least nine, my incinerator I could bump back down to six....
i really want to attack the homeworld of the chiss, but with them formally allied with the sith, there's no need to now.

Meh, Fire can be beaten with water.
you just have to know how to apply the water.
