Ended up waiting an hour and half or longer (I lost track and went to do something else rather than just sitting and waiting) cause he decided to meet up with someone for a coffee and conversation took longer than he thought it would just because he thought the guy was interesting. Didn't bother check to his phone regularly even though he was waiting on a response from me and he's always glued to his phone.

He does it all the time so I might as well let it go. I've complained a few times about his lack of priority/letting me know about timing/not sticking to agreed upon hours etc but he hasn't improved even though we've been dating for about 9 or 10 months now. Not sure if he's just not making an effort cause he's lazy or he just doesn't make me a priority cause I'm not as important as other things in his life since I'm willing to accommodate him/there's not much I can do about it.

You should NOT be doing all of the "accommodating" though and he needs to "learn" that You are NOT the only one that has to "change" and that a relationship takes TWO people for it to work and COMMUNICATION is a MUST!

You should NOT be doing all of the "accommodating" though and he needs to "learn" that You are NOT the only one that has to "change" and that a relationship takes TWO people for it to work and COMMUNICATION is a MUST!

I've spoken to a few friends (female and male) and they say it's a guy thing. A lot of guys tend to not think ahead or read to deeply in a situation which makes it seem like they're inconsiderate or aren't taking the things you tell them to heart. It's just frustrating since I want quality time with him while trying to utilize and manage my time as efficiently as possible. Guess I need to bring it up with him again and talk it out.

Family day trip to a National Park is cancelled. Guess that means I can take my time doing laundry on Sunday instead of rushing tomorrow morning (I'm still doing some shopping with my sister in the afternoon and then dinner at my parents).

Mom's getting/making Vietnamese food so it should be good. Haven't had it in a while. I hope she made Vietnamese noodle soup...the subs are also good.

Didn't have noodle soup or sub's but we did have Vietnamese noodles, pork meatballs, some sausage, and cassava cake dessert. So yummy! Also, our trip got moved to the next long weekend (beginning of Sep).
